AirPods Pro 2 for earbuds and Sennheiser Momentum 4 for headphones. Both work well.

same here, couldn't get a good fit with any of the tips. I'm not sure I have a deformed head, but it also crackled a lot (probably the foam expanding/contracting) when I talked with it, which was truly annoying. Never had that with any of the previous versions, so sticking with my Pro 2 for the time being...

You just like the thought of it or do you actually use them in conditions where that would be helpful. I�ve used EarBuds, Pro 1, and Pro 2 during workouts and in light rain with no issues at all. I tend to get out of the rain in downpours or at least use an umbrella, so don�t plan on ever putting that to the test.

I�m also interested in this. I use AirPods Pro 2 most of the time. They work but I don�t love them. I was looking for wired headphones as well.

I use AirPods Pro 2 for gym treadmill runs and shokz openrun pro 2 mini outdoors.

I wanted to dislike them cause they�re so generic and corporate and whatever else, but when I lost my first pair (which i loved) and tried two other wireless buds (which i did not love half as much) and went back to Airpods pros, I decided it was time to admit they are JUST very good. I don�t think anything beats them right now that I�m aware of. The battery life is great, they connect to an iPhone or Mac seamlessly, every part of it recharges fast, case beeps on Find My if you need to, noise cancelling is quite good (heavily relied on for planes and trains). Small and comfortable enough that I�ve fallen asleep with them in as a side sleeper. It still feels so lame shilling for a major company�s product this hard cause they don�t need the marketing help at all. But they just are the gold standard right now.

I have not noticed any delay. I was surprised it works when I set it up with zero extra tweaks My AirPods don�t work on pop os.

my airpods pro2 were spectacular and I beat them up good and they survived a few years with amazing performance/battery life. decided to hand them down to my daughter and buy pro3, and that was a mistake, i wish I would have bought another set of pro2�s for almost half the price.

Put in a bit more and get the pro 2. They are at terrific discounts world over right now.

The Pros have better ANC and sound because of the tight seal. However I prefer the 4s because i don�t like the silicone tips on the pros.

If considering open tws like those bose, Then Moondrop Pill is 60$ and will eat bose SQ for lunch. Otherwise snag a set of used (or new on sale?) airpods pro 2. They blow all of these out of the water, not even a competition

Not headphones but the airpods pro 3. Never have i ever had music while running that i don�t even notice and that fits so good!!! And the sound omg!

for a wireless set pro 2 are great if you want the best sound quality for money then wired will have them beat for a fraction of the price

Its a shame you hate Apple products because you just described what the Airpod Pro�s are good for..im sure theres plenty that will fit your criteria but i find the Airpods perfect for what your describing.. My next set to try will be the Earfun Pro 4�s so maybe look into those..

same, i jus got the bose ultra 2nd gen the $300. and people are saying its so good. its just ok. really expected more. I would say the anc is better. But the quality of sound/music is just ok. i think the airpods pro are probably best all around. however the nose does have longer battery. good luck mate

They�re excellent! Much better than the AirPods 3 and the ANC is way better than I had expected. Of course the Pro�s can do ANC way better, but they are doing a good job. Plus less stressful for some ears.

2 out of 10 for these new AirPods, they didn�t even block out the sound of screaming children.

I swear by Beats Pro with the little wing tip. I�ve got two PRs of AirPods Pro and they just don�t have enough NC and they eventually fall out. But the wing tip on the beats holds them without jamming them in my ears to hold them. But yes. They need to be sealed to have effective NC. I also have Bose QC ultra cans which are really light on your head. And AirPod Max which are really awesome but heavy so I just use them at home because they connect so easily to Apple devices if I move around.

The twos have really nice extended bass into the low ranges with no bass boost in the 150-250 hz range. I think they are amazing. Big improvement over the 1s. The 3s scare me because reports are the bass is boosted and imo airpods need no more bass than the 2s provide.

I tried bose, sennheiser, sony, etc ... airpods has the sound quality and microphone pick-up altogether. try the airpods pro (especially the noise cancelling)

I just go with my AirPods Pros. I've tried many different headphones over the years and these work the best and work seamlessly with my Apple Watch/Phone/Macbook, etc.

I think it is worth just getting the pros. They will last longer and will be worth it more than others. The ease of use can�t be beat.

I've recently been using the Airpod Pros as my go-to walking around earbuds. The sound is great and the noise cancelling is also phenomenal, but I've been recently getting distracted with them. I struggle with streaks of dissociation, and even in the "Transparent" modes I get too lost with music playing. I'm not sure if it's the way that they plug my ears or whatnot, but I used to rock the WF-1000XM3s and I always felt present (even with noise canceling). Am I bugging or is this a real phenomenon? Are there other earbuds (or maybe super portable headphones) that would make me feel a little more present?

The pros with the varia radar + camera are pretty solid though. Varia makes up for the loss in sound awareness.

Try 3rd party ear tips for AirPods. My AirPods Pro 2�s would fall out with the stock tips. No issues with them falling out with 3rd party tips. Having owned both, the air pod pro 3 have insane ANC whereas the pro 2 have better noise transparency.

Yeah I�m returning my 3s and buying another set of 2s. Extremely disappointed with the size and fit.

If you are on an Apple phone, give AirPod pros a try. First, and most importantly for you, nobody is mentioning AppleCare. $15 a year and they will replace them every time they fail, or even if you lose one. Even in your hard use case. If you are not on an Apple phone, you may still want to give them a try just because of the AppleCare. I don�t know, but I hear they�re kind of a pain in the ass in other ecosystems. The rest of my thoughts. They are my favorite pair of earbuds, because of features they offer that make them a GREAT complete package. For instance, automatically pausing playback when I take them out of my ear. The spatial audio is decent, and the volume adjustment for noise is very very good, I never even notice it happening. I like that I can nod my head to answer a call, it�s useful. Things like that make them all around winners for me. I know some of these things are available on other earbuds, but they just work better on the apples. The noise canceling is much better than anything else I�ve tried, although I hear that Sony is better. And it is supposed to be even better on the 3s, but I haven�t tried those. I have had a couple of pairs of ear pods that have significantly better sound, and I have had lots and lots that have significantly worse sound. In that aspect, they are an B plus.

Because everyone else cant do it, Airpods Pro. 2 or 3. Only comfortable, properly sized case, proper buttons and well tuned form factor. AZ80's case is awful and tap buttons are insufferable for the tapping noise and inability to be comfortable laying down with them and they'll pause music randomly Galaxy Buds 3 pro have awful tuning and ANC is cheeks compared to airpods. I have both. If you're going to pay money to inconvenience yourself, At least get a moondrop space travel cause their anc beats these for me.� Also make.sure to never attsch the airpods to an apple phone cause they'll update and degrade as planned

I have the air pods and they work seamless with both.

The 4s have really good ANC. But it's not as good as APP2 or APP3. source: I have them all. The APPs silicon tips sometimes hurt my ears so I got the 4s. The 4 has great sound, battery and ANC. But I mean, it's open ear design still allows some noise in. If it's all about ANC for you, I'd find a way to get the pro 2 or pro 3. If ANC is just part of your list but not a major requirement, the 4s will do you good. And yes, 3 ANC is noticeably better then 2. Edit: one more thing, I hate that the 4s don't have volume adjust on the stem. Annoying when your phone is tucked away somewhere. Just something to remember.

I really hope they improve the ambient mode, I want to be able to safely bike while wearing my AirPods. beyond that I really hope they make the case with replaceable battery. right now these are disposable and only last around 2-3 years for me.

I was gonna wait too, but i just bought the APP2 on sale for like 175, honestly the upgrade it worth it and it�ll probably last just as long as my pros 1 did

Air pods pros are your choice if you want a Bluetooth, with a good use for everything, if it's within your price range. Although I hate apple I must admit this.

Needing them to drop before mid November. I am still rocking AirPod pro 1�s that I want to upgrade for an international flight I�m taking then. Fingers crossed.

Planning on upgrading mine I got in 2020 at the start of Covid. My APP1 have been through a lot together with me in the last ~5 years.

Works great. You can turn off the noise canceling with a finger press.

Exactly the case. Everyone should try airpod pro 2 first and if the tips don�t fit just return it for 4

yeah I've blindly bought the latest Airpods as long as I can remember but this is the first time i've had to return mine due to sound quality and poor fit....something I never had an issue with before.
