I think the 4k insta360 web cams look better and don't have to deal with crappy Corsair/elgato software. But mirror less would be a good choice if money isn't an issue.
r/elgato • Is Elgato Facecam Pro after 3 years of release still worth it? ->+1 for the Insta 360 or Obsbot Tiny 2. I have the Insta on my setup and wife has the Obsbot and both do a fantastic job.
r/macmini • Best webcam for the Mac mini Pro ->Insta360 Link and Obsbot Tiny2. The Link is better.
r/macmini • WEBCAM for MacMini? ->Razer Kiyo Ultra Pro if you wanna spend the $$$ Insta360 Link 2 is probably the best webcam for the money and full of software features.
r/obs • Any Good Webcams in 2025 That Aren’t Washed Out? ->Razer Kiyo Ultra Pro if you wanna spend the $$$ Insta360 Link 2 is probably the best webcam for the money and full of software features.
r/obs • Any Good Webcams in 2025 That Aren’t Washed Out? ->If you want top quality and easy setup, these are solid options: Insta360 Link — great quality, clips on easily, has auto-tracking. Elgato Facecam Pro — sharp image, big sensor, simple plug-and-play. iContact Camera — excellent image, built for natural eye contact, quick to set up and take down. Since you already have good lighting, any of these will look great. All can be set up in under a minute and don’t need to stay permanently mounted.

My first webcam was a cheap ish one from Amazon that lasted me about a year. Then I upgraded to a simple Logitech c922 pro for 1-2 years. Now I use the Insta360 Link webcam & have a Sony a6400 on hand as well. I moved my Logitech c922 to be a secondary angle cam. For lighting, I bought a 60ish dollar ring light on Amazon and have my webcam attached to it. I attach them to my desk w/ an arm. My goal in the beginning of my streaming journey was to spend as little money on equipment as possible and see what could still produce an okay quality. Lighting is KEYYY.
r/GirlGamers • what webcam + lighting do yall use for streaming?? ->I'm currently using Insta360 Link 2. It's worth the price naman. Quality is great, especially with 4K. As for the low light, it handles well naman. Tho you would need some sort of front lighting pa rin for better quality. To answer some of your questions, 4K is not worth it sa streaming in my opinion. It just increases the sharpness/crispness ng feed pero not needed naman ang 4K. You can do 1080p30 nga eh. I wouldn't recommend a DSLR with cam link, kasi baka mas madali masira yung DSLR mo since laging nakataas yung mirror box nya. I would recommend the cam link if mirrorless yung gamit mo.
r/PHbuildapc • Need Webcam Suggestions for Streaming/Gaming/WFH (Budget: ?1K-15K, Eyeing Elgato Facecam) ->I use an instalink 360 and it works really great. I've tried a Logitech Brio and a Lumina 4k also, but I like the instalink the best. https://amzn.to/4fAm268
r/homeoffice • What's your personal choice for a webcam? ->If you want an awesome cam for a little more check out the insta360 link or the link 2 can be got for not much more and has full pan , tilt and zoom does 4k well too
r/Twitch • Which face cam should I get as a beginner streamer? ->I tried my Logitech Brio 4K and my Insta360 Link. Both showed up as “Camera connected” and “Now using USB Mic,” but neither shows as connected when you test them. Anyone have any ideas?
r/NintendoSwitch • View on Reddit →I recently got one for a really good deal on Amazon prime day, called Link 2C. It's a really good webcam for everything. As for the web cam tracking, I don't have an iPhone but I agree with the other redditors that the webcam can be a higher drain on your CPU, and it's dependent on your software. I use Linux and man is it difficult to find a good face tracking software. I use openseeface lol
r/vtubertech • View on Reddit →I went with Insta360 link, its an incredible webcam its around 170 dollars, its near DLRS quality.
r/obs • View on Reddit →I just upgraded my Logitech Brio to the Insta360 Link 2. Wish I hadn’t TBH I don’t like the tracking features as much as I thought. Camera quality of both is pretty phenomenal though.
r/macmini • View on Reddit →The original ?Insta360 Link does not work either.
r/NintendoSwitch2 • View on Reddit →OBSbot Meet 2 or the Insta360 Link 2. Both are around the same price, something like $120-130, and both look especially good for webcams. I would probably stay away from getting a mirrorless or dslr unless you plan on using it as something other than a dedicated streaming camera as well. I have an old a5100 that I use, but I bought it for photography first and just happen to use it as a stream camera. Even used on MPB, just the body for an a5100 is still $300 or so. Then you tack on a lens, capture card, etc. it starts to get real pricey to justify buying one exclusively for streaming unless you’re someone that draws in a ton of viewers.
r/streaming • View on Reddit →Insta 360 Link 2C does work; just not as a camera. It works as a microphone.
r/NintendoSwitch2 • View on Reddit →I have a MacBook and use the Insta360 link 2. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have a remote control outside of the desktop or phone app, Link controller. Also, if you also have an iPhone...you can stream from your MacBook but use the camera on your iPhone. I don't know how it works if you don't have an iPhone. I prefer my webcam over my phone because I feel like I have more control over my webcam, but I do want to start using my phone at some point for different angles and requests I am getting where I might want a different angle without messing with my webcam. In SM connect, under camera, my iPhone camera is detected and listed as a choice for the camera, so I have just selected in to use as the camera while I am streaming from the MacBook. I didn't notice SM categorizing me as a mobil user when I was just using it as my camera but still streaming from my MacBook.

r/homeoffice • View on Reddit →Imo the Insta360 Link 2 is your best bet around $200. It clips to the monitor and tilts to keep you level with the camera. the autofocus and low light performance are pretty good too
r/homeoffice • View on Reddit →I would recommend the insta360 link. Even if it's the version one. Really great camera with really great quality easy to use and will outperform any of those for around the same price. But if you want a camera that will let you stream at 4K 60. Then the elgato FaceCam pro is only webcam that allows that. Otherwise you'll have to get like a Dlsr. Now with the other cameras they do 30 frames at 4K. But that's only for your webcam your stream itself will be able to be at 4K 60.
r/Twitch • View on Reddit →Insta link 2 or 2c 120 def better than c920 and razer kiyo by atleast 2x idk about the neo that was mentioned previously
r/streaming • View on Reddit →Been using a Logitech C920 for years and it's....okay. I have had frequent drops but that may have been due to the dock it was attached to. It's been attached to my new ultrawide monitor for the past week with no issues. That said....I ordered an Insta 360 Link 2C as I wanted a better microphone. The logitech's mic isn't all that good. Hoping the Insta's is better but if not I'll return it and probably stick with the Logitech.
r/macmini • View on Reddit →We are using Logitech Brio 4k and Insta360 Link-2. With proper lighting and decent microphones, these two are performing well for us.
r/obs • View on Reddit →# Insta360 Link 2 4K Ultra HD 2-Axis Gimbal AI-Powered Webcam. I use one for my top down desktop review videos. They are under $200 on Amazon. Run it through OBS and record straight to disk.

r/streaming • View on Reddit →I use the Link 2 for Zoom meetings and it is great - except I have to keep altering the default resolution back to 4k from 720p after joining a Zoom meeting. This is the only setting that I need to alter. Not a game changer for most. But the rest is kept - mine is set to 1.2x zoom for example. There are also presets in the link controlling software to alter the position if required. The controlling software will automatically open, as this controls the camera - but once set (apart from the resolution above) you can just ignore. If happy with 720p you never need to look at the link controlling software. Note that my comments are for the Link as opposed to the link 2 - but can't see how it differs too much. I strongly recommend it.

r/elgato • View on Reddit →Also a Mac user. You could get blinds to block/filter the brightness from the window to reduce the harshness of light. In terms of camera, I recently got the Insta360 Link2 and have been pretty impressed with how it handles lighting. Also tracks you real well and has good depth of field for something so small.
r/homeoffice • View on Reddit →Good Webcam makes a huge difference. I had a cheap camera and just upgraded to the Insta 360 Link 2 and the difference is unbelievable. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0DGQW6PB1?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
r/WFH • View on Reddit →If you're gonna spend that much get an insta360 link 2 or 2c
r/Twitch • View on Reddit →I use both the OBSBOT 4k and Insta360 4k and both are great. Getting some basic lighting set up will go along way as well.
r/obs • View on Reddit →I recently got the Insta360 Link2 and really like it. So much flexibility.
r/homeoffice • View on Reddit →Insta360 Link 2 and 2C. It’s amazing for the price and blows everything out of the water. $100 for the non-gimbal version. Spend the other $100 on a light panel for your desk. You can look up reviews and it stacks up very well in good lighting conditions. Nothing is remotely close for the price
r/videography • View on Reddit →I've had the Insta360 Link since it came out... pretty much near DSLR quality. The tracking feature is cool if you have props to show or walk around a bit, but yeah as someone else said I don't use it as much as I thought I would.
r/macmini • View on Reddit →maybe insta 360 link 2? It is cheaper than Insta 360, which I have and it's picture quality is great.
r/CamGirlProblems • View on Reddit →Insta 360. I even wrote an article about it. But TLTR it has the biggest image sensor with huge quality inprovement over others. Mic is also good, had no issues. https://medium.com/@filipluch/modern-webcams-beyond-the-hype-what-brands-and-influencers-arent-telling-you-77746a816408
r/homeoffice • View on Reddit →The Insta360 I use at work in my office which I keep on the dim side and it still looks great. I use the OBSBOT at home in my music studio which I film in dark but with a key light on my face and it works great.
r/obs • View on Reddit →It was the Logitech Brio 4k. Want to say one of the earliest versions. The Link 2 has amazing image quality I just don’t need the AI and tracking like I thought I might.
r/macmini • View on Reddit →Insta 360 Link 2 https://www.insta360.com/product/insta360-link2 I used Logitech for years, upgraded to the Insta 360.
r/homeoffice • View on Reddit →I really like the Insta360 Link 2. The picture looks super clear, autofocus is quick, and it still looks good even when the lighting isn't perfect. You can find a good breakdown of the best options [in this thread](https://www.reddit.com/user/LegitimateReveal510/comments/1oece90/the_best_webcams/)
r/obs • View on Reddit →the insta 360 ai/link 2 is dog meat. It’s constant software issues and have to fix things. I returned mine lol
