Thule - Urban Glide 3

We have this model as well and while I have a litany of mixed thoughts on it, I want to double check that you know/remember from first assembly that the rear wheels are super easy to pop off...  The center of the hub is a button that let's them come out, saving a little space. ????

The Thule Urban Glide 3 would be a great option! I have it and it's great for gravel, trails, etc with the nice big wheels. You can get the bassinet attachment as well as the attachment to have your car seat on it.

Thule urban glide? I only have the single but I know they have the double version. We’ve been walking all over our local golf course the last week or so and it’s done great off road/on gravel and grass. Really love the twist hand break when going down steeper hills.

No no nooooo to Graco. Had it with my first and terrible on trails. Had both the 4 wheeled stroller and later thr 3 wheeler and hated everything Graco. For trails the 3 wheeled ones like Uppababy Ridge (heavy AF but good... I forget which carseat we got that works) Thule and BoB (which has dreamy suspension for bouncy paths) Uppababy Ridge has bassinet option too (and fantastic in Winter with sidewalks aren't cleared). I hated the cost of Uppababy strollers but they DO last (speaking again, as someone who uses it 4hrs+ a day for walking and daycare/school dropoffs + grocery runs etc for years). Its why they're usually still expensive on FB Marketplace as they last  You can always check your local parenting FB groups and ask. We got the Uppababy Ridge new,  but got the bassinet/carseat/etc all used after asking around and they were all solid and in great condition.  But forget Graco... Ive tried a few strollers (i used it daily instead of a car so really went through a lot with two kids) and legit dont know why Graco is ever recommended, just cheaply made and cheap quality. Even Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 might be an option for you ETA: I was just at the pool today and saw out of the corner of my eye a mom wheeling by in a stroller and I just heard "squeak  squeak " and thought "ah must be a Graco " ... it was. And its not the wheels that squeak, its the entire stroller frame

Seconding the Thule Urban Glide. I have a v2 and it handles super well in the snow. You definitely need bike tires for dirt roads and snow

I have the Minu V3 as a primary. We walk 2-3 miles a day with it and LOVE it. I also bought the Thule running stroller with a bassinet attachment and use the V3 far more. My newborn feels more snug in it because of the straps and her head doesn’t bounce as much when I hit a bump in the sidewalk.

Yes, I told my husband when I was pregnant that I would only ever buy this one stroller - and almost 3 years later it is still perfect! I got the Thule urban glide. It literally does everything I need it to.

Oh wow I have the urban glide 3 and I’m literally on the hunt for a lightweight one now. I love the Thule but it’s just too bulky for shopping, ect.

We have the Thule urban glide and it’s fantastic, we used the universal car seat adapter for our peg perego infant seat with no issues (no removing the seat, can still fold just fine), and it has a bassinet option. Seconding the other commentor, the car seat will be used for a short period of time compared to the stroller and a matching travel system really isn’t a huge deal.

Personally I think if price isn't concern, go with the Thule Urban Glide 3 and attachment for bassinet and/or car seat. My MIL got us the Thule urban glide 2 kids back and it's still in amazing shape for baby number 3. It goes on literally ANY surface so easily and is insanely simple to fold up and operate. One handed driving through deep grass, sand, rocks? No problem. It's a jogging type stroller so it is very stable and easy to maneuver even at higher speeds if you are into jogging. Mine is the older version of course and it didn't have the option for bassinet or car seat back then but I'm hoping I can get the accessories this time around bc that would be amazing. That being said, it's not cheap. At all. We would have NEVER bought it for ourselves so we are lucky to have in laws that like to buy the best. ??

I love my Thule Urban Glide. It's a jogging pram in principle, but the smooth pneumatic wheels glide over every bump. You can add a bassinet - by 3 months, both of my sons were out of the bassinet. I paired it with a Voksi sleeping bag - one for summer and one for winter - and they nap everywhere in it. I even took it on a catamaran in the Carribean, and through a banana grove (accidentally) in Cyprus. I tested the Fox but the wheel motion and suspension is not even comparable to the Thule. I love being able to not worry about hitting uneven pavement stones. The only consideration is the wide wheel base at the rear, but I have not had a problem yet in an elevator.

If you are an avid walker in all sorts of terrain, I highly recommend Thule. It is worth the expense. Really solid stroller. As for diaper bag, I just use my tactical backpack.

I think you are going to need to compromise somewhere. If you want it to perform well in snowy conditions you aren’t going to want sleek - you are going to want bulky. My daughter was born in December and I struggled through the second winter with our Uppababy Cruz (arguably a fairly hefty stroller) and I wanted to shove it in a snowbank. I legit ended in tears after walks where we would just get stuck over and over. We bought a Thule urban glide 3 and it’s way better but it is huge and heavy. I really do not think there is a stroller on the market that has every one of these. You are going to have to figure out where you want to compromise. It’s possible if you removed the condition of snow handling you could find a good fit. Edit to add we ended up with 3 strollers. Cruz, Thule and a bugaboo butterfly. The butterfly is light, compact, one hand gold, easy to maneuver on flat even ground, great for quick trips. Don’t even think about bringing it into any kind of uneven terrain or snow. Tiny basket.
