I've only had this a day but really impressed with it. Its half the price of my Roborock S7 Ultra and its got better vacuuming and mopping. The design of the dock is better as it makes maintenance a lot easier with the removable section. I don't have pets but house is 50/50 carpet/tile and no issues with vacuuming or mopping or navigation so far. It did once think the grout between the tile was a wire or cable and try to avoid it.

I have had the P10 Pro Ultra since Christmas. It's been great. Love it so much and like you I did all the research, almost bought a roborock, actually bought a eufy x10 and then end up canceling it when I found out about Mova. Apparently it's a dreame sub brand. Go look on the dreame sub reddit, there's a side by side with the Dreame x40 and the Mova P10 Pro Ultra. https://www.reddit.com/r/Dreame_Tech/comments/1h3b4hg/any_input_on_the_mova_line_in_general_and_the/?rdt=53760

Man I was in your shoes about a month ago. I started thinking yeah let me get something cheap. We have no pets, 50% carpets and 50% hardwood. Started off cos I saw a nice mid rage Qrevo S from Roborock. One was $300 brand new on marketplace. Missed out on that deal. Then bumped myself up to the top of the midrange since i realized object avoidance is important having younger kids who sometimes leave toys everywhere and im not always in the mood to pick up before bed time, since it was Christmas the Eufy X10 was around $550 so I decided on that after my research. Luckily a few good folks posted about the Mova P10 Pro Ultra at that same time. This is a flagship clone of the Dreame X40/L40. I was so happy, I canceled my eufy order and went with that instead and I'm very happy and it was cheaper than the midrange eufy, came out to $504 for me. I've had it a few weeks so far, I've been so happy with it that I went ahead and purchased another Mova, the Mova S10 for my basement. It's mostly carpet but for the price of $120 and 7000 pascals of power, couldn't beat it. So yeah in conclusion you start at midrange but you're going to end up wanting all the extra features and since object avoidance is a priority for you (which was the same for me, kids leaving stuff everywhere), I'd look into a high end midrange, a last year flagship or a flagship clone.

I've had the P10 Pro Ultra for a couple of months and look at it as this beautiful machine with a countdown clock plastered on it because I, as mentioned by some others, have been unable to find any accessories (especially bags). I see someone here mentioned that it is very similar to a Dreame L40 Ultra. Has anyone actually purchased and used L40 supplies on their Mova P10 Pro Ultra with success? Might be too soon to ask but I thought I'd try. I literally just had this convo in a PM w someone from rtings. I do. I thought the L40 was a better robot than most Dreame models, and while I didn't find it worth the value at the original price, I do think its worth it on sale. The P10 doesn't have longevity, IMO, because I think they skimp on hardware to keep the costs down. That's my hot take, and I totally get that I'm an island (I also dislike Eufy, and people in this sub love them) but I use a different testing method than most other testers (I test in an actual home setting), and I stand by it. The thing is, in that band, the L40 is my last pick. I'd get either the J15 or 3i before I got the L40. In the end, the model you pick is likely going to be fine, regardless. you haven't tested 100 robovacs, so like a virgin on your wedding night, it's all probably gonna seem great. if you feel strongly about the P10, go for it.

It mops the hardwood and avoids the rugs. Does a great job of it so far. Even has a setting to tell it which direction the wood slats run in so that it mops in the same direction. That helps avoid weird marks on the floor.

You're me. 5000 square feet on 2 floors. I also got the MOVA P10 and I love it. It's doing my downstairs only; about 3000 square feet of laminate and tile with lots of area rugs, 4 kids, one cat, and a messy chef. Nobody takes their shoes off either. You can customize all sorts of crap but I don't have time for that. I ran the mapping program once, put some white vinegar in the solution container and water in the water one. All I do now is empty the dirty water and refill the solution container. If I had time to learn computer programming I would just vacuum the old fashioned way. I generally have it vacuum and mop the kitchen every night, vacuum the whole house every other day and mop the whole house once a week. My floors were filthy before. They are damn near spotless now.

I think this is a bigger issue with Dreame/Mova in general. Their navigation algorithm is a buggy mess. I picked up a Mova P10 Pro Ultra and I had so many issues getting that thing to navigate my workplace. Something my multiple Eufy bots have never had a problem with.

I’ve been playing with my P 10 Pro ultra for several weeks and it’s disappointing compared with the Roborocks.  The sweeper arm doesn’t do anything, it doesn’t even rotate on my robot, except in very rare conditions that I can’t predict. The bigger issue is that the paths are not as tight and overlapping.  When I look at the cleaning paths with the MOVA On the tightest setting with the max number of passes (x3) It has nowhere near the coverage of the qrevos and the carpet is not clean.  The Revos get really tight around legs while the MOVA barely tries to approach.  I think the people who think these are great robots are ones who are new to robot vacs or else have come from Roomba or some less tech -evolved brands.  My 5300 kPa Roborock qrevo outperforms this MOVA on every run, in every situation.  Trying to figure out how to send it back without having to pay shipping.

I just picked one up during the last big prime day sale and it’s been excellent. It’s a little more manual maintenance than a spinning mop robot with the onboard dirty water tank but it’s a much better clean in my experience so far. And this is running it in my 2500 sqft workplace (an animal shelter, so dirtier than an average home) it’s super efficient with its water usage and navigates perfectly (can’t say the same for the Mova P10 PU I had before it) My only issue is the Eufy app. It’s a very simple app which is good in some ways but it does not give you control of a lot of things compared to other apps (something Mova/Dreame excel at) but otherwise I’m very happy with it.

Roborock mapping is really strong. MOVA p10 pro ultra seems like a downgrade, but if the suction numbers are accurate, I guess I’ll take it. The battery is very underpowered for the level of suction so cleaning does have to be spread out, and mop pads need to be upgraded to the Roborock style, imo

Very much worth it. I just went down this rabbit hole recently. We have cleaners come weekly but even with that our floors would get dirty daily. I researched for weeks and finally picked up a mova p10 pro ultra for $600. It seems like the best balance of useful features and price. You can easily spend $1k+ on these things, and I almost did, but it seems like there are diminishing returns above $5-600 and the overall cleaning ability doesn't increase much if at all. I've been very happy with mine after 3 weeks of use. It doesn't do as good a job as a human and it does miss things sometimes, but considering it's basically hands-off I can't complain. It's light years ahead of the ancient Roomba I used to have back in the day. I have noticed the performance on rugs is decent but not amazing, so if you have a lot of rugs or carpet that's something to keep in mind. Most of these robovacs seem to struggle somewhat with carpet, even more so if there's a lot of pet hair to deal with.

I’ve had the complete opposite results from the X10 Pro Omni and the Mova P10 Pro when it comes to navigating a large space… the X10 is flawless, but the Mova struggled, declining in efficiency the longer the cleaning cycle lasted. But when I took the P10 home (not my workplace) it runs perfectly fine.

The Mova P10 pro ultra is the best bot for the money. If you can swing the price, it's the one to get. The Dreame L10S Ultra gen 2 [can be found on eBay for $350](https://ebay.us/m/iTkvvP) at the moment, which I personally think edges out the Mova in value. However you will lose the hot water mop washing, extending side brush, self-cleaning dock, improved obstacle avoidance, and remote camera viewing features of the Mova. (Mova is a sub-brand of Dreame, btw)

Just want to come circle back around and say I got the Mova P10 Pro Ultra and it works, it gets under the cabinets! It didn't get all the way under there at first but after I turned off collision avoidance it did. With the other robots I tried that and it didn't work. Very pleased with the Mova and will be keeping it. Been running it for about a couple weeks now and it does a great job overall. It is pretty thorough and doesn't require any intervention at all, which is exactly what I wanted. Only complaint is it doesn't quite always pick up ALL the dust and dirt, but generally gets like 99% and leaves everything feeling very clean.

Just got a mova p10 pro ultra and loving it so far. Floors are crazy clean, rugs and good, obstacles are avoided. Very impressed so far, but hoping the joy (and the battery) lasts for years. I've got it set to aggressively go after the carpets at the expense of time and battery. Once it's all done w a full vacuum, the mopping starts. Mopping has been good so far. I'm coming from an older ecozy. It was very nice, but the battery stopped holding a charge. Obstacle avoidance was not really a thing when it was made, and the mopping is just dragging a wet pad around haha. So, I may be a bad candidate for a level-headed review... But bang for buck, I'm loving the mova.
