even if there is no rgb camera, there need to be other advanced sensors like lidar for navigation which can effectively be used to generate an image too, unless you are ready to settle for a low end model that will only change course after it has bumped into something instead of avoiding collisions. If privacy is your top concern, consider getting a model that will work fully offline. This is true for my eufy x10 omni and I believe their entire range, others here will be able to point to more alternatives
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum and mop without camera? ->I agree with this having owned both. I had to return the x10 last year due to battery issues (after replacements sent by eufy) and the mops were making a weird noise which was the breaking point. Currently have the E25 and very happy with it.
r/RobotVacuums • Eufy Omni E25 vs x10 pro omni ->Thank you for helping out! It is definitely overwhelming out there. 1. 1200sqft with hardwood floors. Will remove kitchen and bathroom mats. 2. One 3. No transition 4. No pets. Just human long hair. 5. Toddler; toys are always put back in playpen. 6. Mostly dust, some food particles. 7. Less than $1000 CAD Live in Canada. Used eufy x10 pro for several months last year but had to return it after two replacements (battery and mop issues). Mopping is important, so want to upgrade to a roller mop style. Interested in eufy E25, ecovacs T80 omni, ecovacs X8 pro omni just to stay under my budget but open to other options in Canada. Thanks for your time!
r/RobotVacuums • Trying to grab a deal before the end of Prime Day? One on one advice. ->Mine did wear a chair as a crown last week and drag it all over the place quite hilariously.
r/AskUK • Are robot vacuums really that good in UK homes? ->Expecting anything for £100 is extremely hopeful in 2024. I bought a £500 Eufy and it is excellent. Hoovers, mops, maps and avoids. Can be scheduled or set going when I'm out. Empties and cleans itself.
r/AskUK • Are robot vacuums really that good in UK homes? ->I have a Eufy, and the broom/vacuum part is awesome, but the mopping is just okay. It works well if the floor is perfectly level, but it has issues getting into the grout on a tile floor since the grout is lower than the tile surface. But if you're not really looking for a mop feature and just want a vacuum/broom robot, Eufy has been doing a great job for me. Also, that thing may as well be a mountain climber because it happily moves from wood to tile to carpet with no issues. She is a little chatty, though.
r/homemaking • The best robot vacuum on the market right now that you swear by? ->I have the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and the vacuum and sweeping functions work great. If you decide on a Eufy and don't want the mop function at all, I would recommend the EufyRpboVac 11s if you have low pile carpet or the Eufy 15c if you have high pile carpet. They don't have the mop function, just sweeping for wood and tile and vacuuming for carpet. However, it's definitely worth checking out the Roombas and the Sharks, too, because most of them are really good at just the sweeping and vacuuming. It'll come down to what you like the best and your budget. Some are really well priced, but some are a bit expensive compared to others. I hope you find one you like! Other than the not so great mopping, I do like the Eufy.
r/homemaking • The best robot vacuum on the market right now that you swear by? ->Our Eufy x10 pro, has been working wonders across our downstairs for about a year now. Just keep a supply of mop pads to swap out every now and again.
r/HENRYUKLifestyle • Good robot vacuum and mop all in one? ->I just got the x10 and I really like it! It does a pretty good job picking up things other robo vacuums struggled with (like cat litter). It does leave behind smaller dust particles but I’m a clean freak and am used to my Dyson vacuum and its head attachment with the green LED beam lol. The mop feature also works pretty well for general cleaning, although struggles with larger stains if they’ve dried a bit. EDIT: I think there might still be a promo right now on amazon to get it for $550 if you’re a Prime member and apply a coupon code from CNET (I think it’s eufyx10pro)
r/RobotVacuums • I analyzed Reddit for the 20 most recommended robot vacuums in the past year ->We got the Eufy x10 pro during the prime sale on Amazon Germany (as it was way cheaper then) it has changed everything. we nick named it Floornet, and floornet goes out every night. When the youngest destroys the place with food, just send it around that part. Our's is all tile but we have a runner at the back door and hallway and never have a issue with it. Amazon France have it for €616 but only one is stock. Amazon Germany won't ship it to ireland now.
r/AskIreland • Robot vacuum with mop recommendations? ->I find the mop great. no issues at all. we have a bit of difference between the hall and sitting room. We got wooden floor down a few weeks back and it deals with is no issue. As for what I paid....€533.04. I got it through my amazon Germany business account with prime (also got two bottle of eufy cleaner free as well)
r/AskIreland • Robot vacuum with mop recommendations? ->I had the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and while its hardware was great, the software was a disaster. Each firmware update made it more and more unreliable and glitchy, until I got fed up and returned it. I cannot imagine the software of the E28 being any better, but don't have first-hand experience with it.
r/RobotVacuums • X10 pro vs E28 ->Yeah, my observations are identical. We recently started looking at robot vacuums, after we returned our Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and it seemed as if every single model has issues, yes, plural :D We ended up getting the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra and albeit it's doing a pretty good job, it suffers from the issue where it randomly drops its mop pads and I have to re-attach them manually. We worked around this by having the robot not leave them at the station while vacuuming. Oh well.
r/RobotVacuums • Roborock Saros 10R: very poor first impression + what's up with the general state of the robot vacuum market? ->I had the X10 Pro Omni and it was great, but it’s software went downhill after a certain version and the robot became pretty much unusable. I ended up swapping it for a Dreame L40s Pro Ultra and never looked back. Granted, the Dreame was €200 more, but it’s money well spent.
r/RobotVacuums • For the love of God, is there objectively a good robovac choice? ->We got a Dreame L40s Pro Ultra for 749 EUR and it's been awesome. I was also looking at the Mova V50 (Pro / Ultra / Whatever), but it was about 200 EUR more, so I decided against it. Roborock Saros 10r also seems to get good reviews, but it too is on the more expensive side. P.S. We used to have the Eufy X10 Pro Omni, but their firmware turned out to be complete garbage and we returned it for a full refund.
r/RobotVacuums • Anything better than Eufy E25 for my needs ($800 USD budget)? ->Many people complain of Eufy's support too. I used to own a X10 Pro Omni and had good experience with them, but the overall sentiment is that their support is terrible. You will not find a single brand that people are entirely happy with, that's for sure.
r/RobotVacuums • Dreame is a scam ->We've got a Eufy X10 Pro Omni and it does all surfaces very well. Copes with lots of bits being tracked in on hard floors and pet fluff on quite thick carpets. 10/10 so far.
r/RobotVacuums • Best vacuum and mop? ->Eufy X10 Omni gets my vote. Great little robot, doesn't put a foot wrong. Think they're about £600 new now.
r/RobotVacuums • Recommendation for mid tier product (UK) ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS

Run an empty the bin in the app to help clean the brush roller. You can also use the little tool that comes with the x10 Pro that helps pull the hair out as well as a brush on the other side. [eufy X10 Pro Omni How to Optimize the Auto Detangling Feature](https://support.eufy.com/s/article/Maximizing-the-Anti-Tangle-Feature-on-Your-X10-Pro-Omni-Tips-and-Tricks-for-Optimal-Performance) [This video](https://youtu.be/L8aT1vWyZW4?si=GbI9rckYxZXK1zBV) also has great advice for doing a weekly (or longer if you don't have pets) deep clean.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →Our kibble is a little on the bigger side but I was stil shocked that the X10 couldn't pick up a single piece of it, and actually thought it was a wall if there was like 3 or 4 pieces in a line!
r/AskIreland • View on Reddit →Eufy x10 seems great for us. We just had it for a week so take this with a grain of salt. The app is good. The mop function works. It does a good job at cleaning even carpets ( not very thick one). I watched some reviews on YouTube and it seemed that it came up on top when compare to roborock. I wouldn't pay 1500 for a robot so 700 for this one seemed like the sweet spot.
r/HENRYUKLifestyle • View on Reddit →I have a eufy that self-empties. Worth every penny.
r/CleaningTips • View on Reddit →I don’t think Yeedi will be very popular here, and Ecovacs's software isn’t impressive. The Eufy X10 Pro and Roborock Qrevo Pro might better meet your cleaning needs, but if you want to avoid situations where you’re always rescuing the vacuum, I would recommend Eufy’s obstacle avoidance performance.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I have 4 dogs so feel your pain, also 3 Women in our house so hair is a problem. I don't have the eufy S1 yet, but I think the Eufy X10 Pro is great but it doesn't get much love here. Also the Roomba J9+ vacuum only robot is fantastic.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →You’re gonna get a lot of split answers here about it. I’ve had mine a month now cleaning the animal shelter I work in. All polished concrete floors and I love it. It’s been picking up debris just fine and the mop works well. Obstacle avoidance is decent but not perfect. Detangling comb works well and I rarely have to manually clean the roller brush compared to my other bots in the building.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →Many people complain of Eufy's support too. I used to own a X10 Pro Omni and had good experience with them, but the overall sentiment is that their support is terrible. You will not find a single brand that people are entirely happy with, that's for sure.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I can’t speak for all of them but I know my Eufy X10 Pro and E25 will run without WiFi after the initial setup, you will need WiFi to do any scheduling and mode changes though. But once it’s setup it will run its scheduled cleaning without WiFi. You also won’t get any error notifications if it gets stuck or needs maintenance.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →Don’t get the L60. I own 2. The hair blade works okay but it’s really bad about getting hair wrap on the ends of the brush which you still have to clear manually. I’ve also had to swap out dead drive wheels on both of them multiple times… the next time it happens I’m selling it for parts. I do however have a x10 pro as well and I hardly have to worry about cleaning its brush. The object avoidance works pretty well but I can’t compare it to other models since it’s the only bot I’ve tried with object avoidance, I really like my x10!
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →The best robots I've had so far are the Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Curvx that I use on a daily basis. Roborock is just consistently good and they are my default brand now. The curvx got off to a rough start that required a reset and two remaps but it finally got it together. I had a Dreame X50 Ultra that died on day two and a Aqua10 Ultra Roller that was beyond terrible with tons of issues and their support was horrid so I won't be inclined to try them again. I had a eufy x10 omni pro and it was okay until it wasn't and right after that I tried a Samsung Bespoke jet bot ai and it went crazy on its first cleaning run and died in the hallway. I also had a shark matrix and it was okay until it went crazy spinning against the couch in the living room.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I’ve had the complete opposite results from the X10 Pro Omni and the Mova P10 Pro when it comes to navigating a large space… the X10 is flawless, but the Mova struggled, declining in efficiency the longer the cleaning cycle lasted. But when I took the P10 home (not my workplace) it runs perfectly fine.

r/homemaking • View on Reddit →Personally I dont think I will ever spend more than the $500 I purchased my Eufy X10 Pro for and that was an on sale refurb. Actually come to think of it none of my current robots were brand new. I've bought all 5 of my current active robots either used/refurbished from eBay. They've all worked great. Having purchased some of the lowest end robots and worked my way up to the X10 Pro I think you definitely get what you pay for, as is with most electronics. My X10 is clearly the better machine out of all of my lower cost robots.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →After several weeks of testing, I can say I’m extremely satisfied with the Eufy E25. The robot vacuums quietly and efficiently, and the overall cleaning result leaves nothing to be desired. Compared to my X10 Pro Omni, the E25 is significantly quieter during operation, which I really appreciate in daily use. I’m deliberately comparing the E25 to the X10 Pro Omni, since I see the E25 as its natural successor. Especially now that Eufy has clarified its product lines: With the S-series for high-end models, the E-series for mid-range, and the C-series as entry-level It’s clear that the E25 is positioned as the next step after the X10 Pro Omni in their lineup. One of the standout features is the upgraded mopping system. The new high-pressure mopping roller works brilliantly and applies noticeably more pressure to the floor. It cleans thoroughly without being overly wet and uses very little water overall, which I find better managed than on the X10 Pro. The dual-part roller brush is also a great improvement. During my entire test, it didn’t pick up or wrap a single hair. Everything was properly suctioned and removed. That’s a big plus for households with pets or long hair. Another highlight is the side brush that extends and reliably sweeps dirt even from deep corners. It adds real value to edge cleaning and ensures that no spots are left untouched. The water tank is transparent, which makes it easy to check the water level at a glance. However, the small filling cap on the fresh water tank makes cleaning the tank itself more difficult compared to the larger opening on the X10 Pro Omni. It’s a minor trade-off, but still something to note. As for design, the robot looks modern and clean, though the glossy surface picks up dust and fine scratches easily. Personally, I also prefer the hinged top cover from the X10 over the removable lid used here, since it felt sturdier and more user-friendly. For future models, I’d love to see more consistency in interchangeable parts. Standardized consumables like dustbags, HEPA filters, and brushes across models would make things much easier. Especially for people like me who own multiple Eufy vacuums. And while I don’t mind using Eufy’s own cleaning solution, I’d prefer a refillable tank instead of a cartridge that needs to be repurchased. All in all, the E25 has developed into a very strong and reliable product. It’s quiet, smart, and delivers excellent cleaning results both when vacuuming and mopping. I’m looking forward to using it long-term. If you’ve got questions, feel free to ask.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I also had an older roomba that couldn’t keep up. I recently got a eufy brand one that’s self-emptying with a hair cutter. If I run it once a day, it’s usually pretty good at keeping up but if I wait more than two days, there’s too much hair and it’ll get balls of hair that cause an error with the cutter. When they’re blowing their coats I might run it twice in a day or do a little sweeping in between. I have three huskies and they’re in and out of the dog door too so plenty of dust/dirt in addition to the hair. The house is 1300 sq feet but I have it clean probably half that (open family areas) and it will have to empty two or three times during its job. I will say this one seems smarter and doesn’t get stuck as much as the roomba did.
r/siberianhusky • View on Reddit →I run my Eufy X10 Pro at the 2500 sqft animal shelter I work at. It’s 100% concrete floors, they are polished though so I’m not sure well regular concrete would work with the spinning pads. But I don’t think it could hurt to try out. It will still clean them better than just vacuuming alone.

r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I just got the S1 to clean up after my German Shedder. Most of my house is hard wood so I cant speak to carpet cleaning but the S1 is great on bare flooring. Not sure how long the bag will last before full but if its like my x10's it will take a couple months. Stay away from the x10 as the hair gets pulled into the wheels and causes them to jam up and eventually break. They seem to have fixed this issue on the S1.

r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →We bought our Eufy robo vac/mop last June, since then it's cleaned: 428 Times 317h3m 158380 ft² I would say that the investment was more than worthwhile.

r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I don't know, maybe I have the golden one then. Every night when I go to bed the cats kick out so much litter I can't walk barefoot, and last night they shredded a cardboard scratch pad and left bits everywhere. I woke up this morning and everything was gone and I walked into the laundry room where the litter is barefoot. I also dumped a dark beer and orange juice on my light gray floor and dried it with a hair dryer to test. Mopped it off no problem.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I typically hate JustADad's reviews because he never seems to know what he's doing and never keeps things a 1:1 comparison, but his review of the E28 shows it being terrible on carpets. Other reviews mention it's not great at vacuuming either. After my X10 with AI avoidance ran over poop, I wouldn't trust it on that front either. I went with the Mova P50 Ultra Pro and it'll be here today since I need something that vacuums better first, mops better second. My X10 was sufficient mopping for me, so I'm sure this will be even better in that regard.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →Eufy X10 Omni gets my vote. Great little robot, doesn't put a foot wrong. Think they're about £600 new now.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →of these 3 the Dreame L10s Plus has spin mops which are better than the other two with their "drag rag" type mops. The N20 Pro's mop is gonna be a little better than the L60 since it vibrates back and fourth a little bit as it goes but the spin mops are the way to go IMO none of these have the self cleaning mop station of course but your gonna be spending a bit more for that function. If you can swing it the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 is 899 USD and has the full service dock (washes and drys the mop pads, refills the water tank on the bot etc) and also has the corner extending mop arm to reach the corners better. worth the couple extra hundred IMO. I have a Eufy X10 pro which has the full service dock and I love it. I dont have to worry about manually filling the water tank or cleaning the pads (aside from swapping them out weekly to run through the washing machine) I snagged mine for 520 refurbished on ebay though.

r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →Do not get an L60. I've got 2 units, both of which have needed multiple wheel replacements. if it was one of them it kept happening to, then I'd blame it on a faulty unit. but the fact that both my L60's have a drive wheel die after about 2/3 months is too much. I've also spoke with multiple users on here who have also had drive wheels die on them. I have an L50 and an X10 Pro as well which have had zero issues. its gotta be something specifically with the L60 and how it powers the wheels.
r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I had my X10 for a little over a year and overall I was alright with it, but I did notice the issues you mentioned. The software, specifically, is trash and remained trash up until it died. From firmware breaking mopping usage to maps "magically" expanding zones on its own, while failing to go to a previously occupied spot after the obstacle was removed (ex. left a laundry basket on the floor when it mapped, moved the basket and it would "see" that it was no longer there, but never actually vacuum that space.) The room dividing was equally useless and it never let me actually divide what I needed to. The amount of times I had to re-create my whole schedule because I had to merge and try dividing a room is impossible to keep track of. The mopping was ok when the firmware didn't completely cripple the water output. I went to the Mova P50 Pro Ultra and it's a night and day difference. Vacuuming leaves my floors spotless (while running on standard suction bs constant turbo on the X10) and mopping actually applies an even coating of water while settings allow the robot to not only slow down but perform even tighter lines than the X10 did on deep. The app is fantastic, and it mapped my house almost perfectly the very first time and even called rooms by their proper names and added furniture. The room it did combine incorrectly, I was able to divide without issue, unlike the X10. Basically, at the time the X10 was good. Seeing how good the P50 is though, for about the same price, there's zero reason to go with the X10.

r/RobotVacuums • View on Reddit →I also bought the X10 when it came out, still impressed by it. Don’t get me wrong robot vacuums don’t clean from scratch, they maintain. So you still need to do a proper clean every now and again. I think everyone should have one
r/eufy • View on Reddit →Using one site to base that on is not exactly an end all. I've had mine for over a year and I'd go as far to say they have a defective unit, as mine routinely picks up 99% of cat litter on my bare floor and leaves my entire house devoid of anything hard to step on while barefoot. The mopping, while temporarily crippled by software, works fine once you have them move you to another firmware and I've had no problem getting it to mop dried on juice off my light colored floor. I do agree the software is a PITA and you shouldn't have to argue with them about firmware, but seeing those cleaning photos on RTING's site, either their tests are useless for real world or they had a defective unit. Mine cleans much better than that.

r/homeautomation • View on Reddit →It didn't work in our house. We've dogs and cats that leave kibble around. And the eufy X10 pro wasn't able to pick it up, and often thinks it's a wall. It was the main reason we had splurged for it so was quite disappointed.
