Dreame - L10s Ultra

L10 ultra owner here, well I got rid of it, in 1 year it started falling apart. Was unable get water from the dock, then eventually vacuum stopped, went back to Roborock. They are also not super durable but way better than dreame, not touching dreame again.

We have a L10s Ultra and after 3 years it doesn't mop properly anymore. There does not come enough water out of the vacuum. It mops dry. We took it to our local dealer and they looked into it and couldn't fix the problem. Would not recommend it. Such an expansive tool should work longer.

Change the battery yourself, but ensure that you have the necessary bits as they may use odd sized hex or torx heads. My battery change on a Dreame L10s took 4 hours (including going out for lunch and buying the correct tools).

Ecovacs is better, I guess. I heard it's good and reliable. After-sales won't be great with most of these brands. It's all about luck. And coming to the products, I bought Dreame - L10s Ultra in the last sale at a good discount, and it's doing well as of now.

I purchased a dreame l10ultra or something idk all i know is its overall cheaper than a cleaning lady and my stepson has horrible allergies and i cannot put a price on reducing the dust/hair/grime around the house to lessen his post nasal drip hacking by 1% ?? i kid…. I want him to be healthy and i love my cat. The cleaning robot helps both be true at the same time!

Überraschenderweise sogar mit Unterstützung der Liebsten. Seitdem wienert das Teil durch die Gänge und macht alles hübsch. Ich bin als IT-Mensch vielleicht etwas befangen bei Technik, da ich mich immer über neues geiles Zeug freue. Aber selten fühlte sich eine Anschaffung so sinnvoll an. Es ist toll in Zukunft keine Haarbüschel und Essensreste mehr auf dem Boden vorzufinden. ?????? Den manuellen Mopp werden wir dann in Rente schicken. Das übernehmen jetzt die beiden neuen Möppse. ????

The Dreame L10s is on sale for $300 on Woot... Crazy good deal. Like everyone else said, the individual robot won't matter much, as long as it has decent mop cleaner in the station. Almost all modern robomops use dual spinning pads or more recently a spinning roller. As long as you keep the pads clean and debris free, you should be fine.

Any pets or long hair? The Dreame L10S Ultra's compatibility with the anti-tangle tricut brush would be better suited. A robot vacuum is worth it if you want something to do basic general upkeep of your floors.

Get Certified Refurbished eBay. I grabbed an L10S Ultra for $240 and a qrevo for $330. Dreame and Roborock are the brands. Both units seem pretty much brand new. If you want the latest and greatest, you'll be spending $1.5K plus. Search for deals, as the eBay coupons are timing dependent.

Thanks for sharing! I hypothesize that the X50 Ultra's poor battery life is likely due to the more power-hungry computer chip it utilizes. My own experience with the L40s Pro Ultra (mainland Chinese version) had a *worse battery life* that struggled to finish cleaning my home whereas my much cheaper combo Xiaomi robot (also mainland Chinese version) that has the same battery capacity and is also made by Dreame would be able to vacuum first and then mop my small apartment and finish with 50%. Other reviewers have reported that the L40s Pro Ultra (non-mainland Chinese edition) had a bad battery life, just like me :( Hopefully, this issue will be fixed soon. I hope the Dreame Aqua 10 Pro Track doesn't suffer the same battery life issue, especially because it'll need a more powerful chip to process all the information coming from the HD binocular RGB cameras and the dot projector, and a power-efficient water heater in the robot to heat the water up.

I have the L10S Ultra (not Gen 2) and I flashed Valetudo on it with the USB. I’m in the US and it’s currently on sale for $284 for Cyber Monday.

The value/performance ratio of the L10s Ultra is just so good. Every time I go look at the newer stuff from Dreame there's nothing really fundamentally better. They are all just iterations of the L10s Ultra with wildly higher price tags. The upcoming X50 Ultra with lifting wheels does look really cool, but I personally have no use case for it. The L10s Ultra mops and vacuums really well and is very cheap right now. Very hard to beat.

Nooooo that's the basic L10 Ultra without the "s" or the Gen 2. That would have the same horrible obstacle avoidance as the T20, and it also doesn't have mop extend for edge cleaning. Not sure how the vacuuming power compares in real world, but on paper the L10 Ultra is slightly worse than the T20. The L10 Ultra will have an onboard tank, but again the T20 features hot water mop washing. I think the L10 Ultra would be a better choice if you need to mop a large area.

We also have a roboroco (dreame ls10 ultra, at this point there are probably newer models) and I LOVE IT. I still need to pick up 6483939 toys and move my furniture before I use it but my toddler gets crumbs everywhere and we constantly have ants coming in from outside if we don't find every last crumb. I love that it mops. I find it a bit tedious to do the maintaince on it (cleaning the washboard, unclogging the self vacuum chute, replacing the mop pads) but it's honestly 1/1000 of the work of mopping yourself even just one time. My husband (who has vacuumed twice in 15 years and never mopped) thought it was an extravagant purchase at first but he's been converted too. 

Quite happy with recent purchase of Dreame L10s Ultra at $300, would recommend if stock still exists.

You mentioned ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Pro, right? it does have a water tank, na?. Mine was Just Ultra, not pro Ultra. The main difference between Ecovacs - Deebot N30 pro and Ultra is the Zero Tangle Brush and corner mopping, where the mop moves at corners. If you do mopping daily, then yes, the water tank is worth it. I've been using it for a week or so; so far it's good.

Danke schön. ?? Genau, so manche enge Ecke bleibt unangetastet, das wäre aber manuell auch so. Dafür kommt das Teil unter Schränke, wo schon lange keiner mehr war. Doch alleine das Nass-Wischen ist so viel wert. Die Kids rennen mit Schwitzefüßen gerne ohne Socken. Schon dadurch lohnt es sich, dass da mal jemand drüberwischt. Und die langen Haare aller Mädels bleiben gerne im Teppich - auch da ist es schön, dass das Teil nun täglich drüber bürstet. ??

I'd probably go with the Dreame. You'll get better mopping with the spinning pads (plus washing/drying), and better obstacle avoidance with the camera. On the flip side, the higher suction with the Q10 would help with the litter.

I love my Dreame L10S. They have higher end models but this was the most I wanted to shell out.

I did this with the Dreame L10s Ultra. It was easy enough you just need to build or buy the PCB Dreame breakout board (instructions on the Valetudo site or get someone in the Telegram support site to send you theirs). Works great with HA, and all local.

Ugh I got the Deebot T50 omni and I do not like it. It does not mop as well as my Dream L10 or Roborock S7, and the roller keeps getting wrapped vacuuming which also didn't happen with those robots. Unfortunately I am boycotting amazon and bought off the Ecovacs site which requires I pay return shipping :-( And yes, I did a ton of research beforehand. I had to keep it under a certain amount so couldn't get the highest end, but thought this would at least be an improvement.

L40 Ultra with current in store promotions will definitely make the decision a lot easier, since it can be had for $399 before tax, plus they throw in free gifts with purchase. It's a better overall model than the L10s with more suction, battery, better self washing and washboard cleaning as well. It's a steal for the price and if you were considering one over the other, I'd say overall L40 Ultra is a great value product in the market right now. I have the 10s ultra, I think? I flashed it with Valetudo.

I highly recommend combo robots if your parents walk around the house barefoot, it greatly improves the feel! The combo robots I found best for keeping itself clean are the dreame and MOVA robots with the filter self cleaning function and the flat washboard. I was able to get away with making my MOVA V50 run everyday for 3 months without a noticeable change in cleanliness. After that it’ll be and the roborock Curv 2 Pro and the Narwal spinning mop robots which generally consume more water than the other options. The app is going to be a challenge for them but you can set it up for them and put it on a schedule so they won’t have to open the app at all.

Highly recommended this if privacy is a concern for you. Go through valetudos list and find one that fits your needs, then wait for a sale. Personally I'm using a dreametech l10s ultra

Our L10s Ultra is awesome, however I don't think the obstacle avoidance is that great. In general, I think if people are expecting to never have to pick things up off the floor, then they will be disappointed. The kitchen is the only area that gets automatically cleaned every day. The rest I manually trigger after doing some prep like moving shoes and chairs. The lidar mapping is fantastic and the mopping is a game changer. Being able to automatically clean the kitchen every night after cooking has made such a huge difference in cleanliness. It's shocking how dirty the waste water always is.

Got the dream a few weeks ago. It's a game changer. I had a Neato and a few iRobots over the years. With those units, I spent more time pulling out dog hair and untangling rollers than actually using the product. This is a lot more advanced, and with the self emptying, it's pretty great. All I do now is swap out the water tanks every day. Gripes? The mop pad on the base station gets hairy. It has difficulty getting dirt between the edge of the rug and the hardwood floors. It's expensive. All in all, it's a nice machine.

China, WLAN, Überwachung und Hacking sollte man nicht vergessen, aber wo ist man heute noch wirklich sicher, wenn irgendwo ein Onlinezugang in der Nähe ist? ?? Aktuell bleibt der "Dreame" im Gast-WLAN und ich werde wohl nachts die Onlineverbindung kappen. Doch ich bin sowieso schon verloren, da die ganze Wohnung mit Echo Dots ausgestattet ist. ??

In der App von "Dreame" kann ich irgendwas mit Schwellen konfigurieren, hab's aber nicht weiter verfolgt, da es bei uns alles soweit gut geht. Vorhin habe ich gemerkt, dass unser Modell sogar über das Rohrgestell von einem Wäscheständer drübergeht. Da werde ich wohl noch was machen, damit das für ihn eine Barriere ist. Auch wenn es klappt, muss man das Material nicht so quälen. ??

The Gen 2 is not supported by Valetudo, only the "regular" L10s Ultra.

Currently upgraded to the Dreame mopping vacuum system robot that's operated with the phone. We love it.

Getba Dreame in that price range. They are perfectly fine, don't overpay for latest and fanciest features. Simple vac and mop for 500 € is doing the trick. E.g. Ls 10 Ultra
