Olimpia Splendid - Dolceclima Air Pro 13 A+ WiFi

I bought an olimpia splendid and its about to start its 5th summer. Think it was about 430 quid, and I needed to buy some window sticky fabric seals for another 20 or so. It cools the office room down during the day so I can work from home. It can make a 24 degree room 21 degrees, or a 30 degree room probably down to 23 degrees. It's very loud and vibratey, and it will either achieve its goal and turn down to a low hum until the temp goes up, or take a break now and then so it doesn't burn out, or something. At the absolute peaks of summer, I'll move it into the bedroom at night. That will only be for 2 or 3 nights in a year, because sleeping is very hard with it in the same room. You trade lack of sleep because it's too warm, to lack of sleep because it's too loud. You'd need to sleep with earphones in. It will cool the room, go quiet, then activate again, waking you up like a jump scare. Is it worth the money? Definitely. Its made working at home for 400 or so hot days tollerable. I don't think it made much of a dent to the electricity bill either.

Kdy�tak se pod�vej na klimatizace-odvody.cz Ale ted v sez�nu u� je mo�n� pozde a nev�m, jak� maj� ted dodac� lhuty. Na konci dubna byla cekac� doba 10 dnu. Jen mus� m�t realistick� ocek�v�n�. Ka�d� splitova klima bude lep�� ne� jak�koliv mobiln�. Tak to proste je. Chlad�c� jednotku m� v byte, ne venku, tak�e ti to bude delat trochu bordel. Spousta lid� si ste�uje na hluk, ale nev�m jak ty ostatn� klimatizace, ale tahle je hlasit� asi jako takov� ty ochlazovace vzduchu s n�dr�� s vodou. Pravda ale je, �e j� nechladim 3h denne, ale nastav�m si r�no treba 25 stupnu na n� a nech�m ji jet v eco re�imu celej den. Tak�e ona nikdy nejde do toho nejv�c hlucn�ho m�du, bo si proste celej den jen udr�uje teplotu. B�l jsem se spotreby, ale loni jela 600 h a spotreba mi vzrostla oproti letum bez klimy o nejak�ch 350kWh. Co� je asi zpusobeno t�m, �e jsem fakt jel v tom eco re�imu celou dobu. Vych�z� mi tedy, �e je mo�n� lep�� to fakt m�t takhle pu�ten�, �e to jen udr�uje teplotu, ne� se to sna�it rychle vychladit na vy��� �cinnost za krat�� cas, proto�e vzroste ti spotreba a klima del� i vet�� hluk... Jen mej pripravenou i n�dobu na vodu, bo to klidne 20 litru vody denne v tech nejvet��ch vedrech udel�...

Not just the machine itself but also the pipes, and window fixtures. They also suck down the power but over a summer usage in Australia with expensive power using it as much as I wanted, it was still cheaper than my winter heating bill.� I had a $1200 AUD Delonghi model and an Olympia, and the Delonghi was vastly more powerful�did a decent job in a massive 800 square foot room in Australian summer, and another one in the bedroom got things positively frosty. VERY noisy though.�

My mobile aircon Olimpia Splendid 13+ eats up 2.9kW per hour which costs me about 23Kc. During the hot days I have it running for 7 hours so that comes out at 161Kc per day. That's a steal for me - I live in a top apartment under the roof so it gets up to 30C without the AC (27C with the AC).
