TLDR: Just buy them. Great accessories and an even greater set of IEMs I just received my unit of the Wan'er 2 and I'm blown away! I never had the first gen but I did have the Chu 2, but I gave it away. I wanted to get the Sancai tips and thought that I might as well just get the Wan'er 2 since they come with the tips. I thought that I could just give these to a friend if they wanted IEMs (they don't but anyway...). I opened the surprisingly luxurious packaging for this price point (since the Chu 2 just comes in a random box in some plastic) and was instantly amazed. Accessories: The Saincai tips feel very nice and sound quite good with this set! The others are like the standard tips you can get with any set of IEMs so I don't think those are very notable. The cable on the other hand feels very nice in hand but tends to be a bit weird when wearing. The earhooks are wound very tightly out of the box, which is quite odd and I didn't really like since it feels like someone closed a door on my ear (which is of course quite exaggerated but it's still tight and weird). You could easily follow super*review's guide on IEM "stancing" on YouTube though. This will just teach you to reform the earhooks by yourself. Now let's get into the important stuff! Sound: Bass: This set absolutely slams! The bass has impact and is punchy and clean while also not drowning out the rest of the sound. I was just amazed. I totally did not expect anything like this from a 20$ set but it's a DD after all... Mids: They sound good, the timbre is good and they sound very pleasant. Personally I would just prefer a bit more but that's just my preference and these are great for their price. The vocals are also a bit more forward which is very nice Treble: So smooth! Not offensive whatsoever and just smooth! These are also pretty detailed and do sound a bit sparkly sometimes, but that might as well just be a good thing. The extension is also very clean and smooth Conclusion: For 20$ these are an absolute banger! They sound so good and are absolutely an endgame set of IEMs for those that don't won't to spend a lot! You absolutely won't find an actual headphone this good for this amount of money. The accessories are also absolutely amazing for this price and the IEMs are absolutely worth picking up even if you just want the cable and eartips! I hope this made sense and was helpful, since I didn't see any reviews apart from another user on this subreddit actually talking about these
r/iems • Tangzu Wan'er 2 - The blind buy nobody will regret ->i actually thought their bass was a bit bloated, but i've used hexas for the past 9 months so i'm probably just used to those.
r/iems • Followed the herd mentality. ->Truthear gate is the best one, the wan er 2 is also good but only for flushed 2 pin connectors
r/iems • Which $20 IEM has the best cable? ->o i had a stroke wtf i read that as truthear pure in your title lol gates are a great set yes. kz zvx pro i've personally been also using and I'm very surprised at all the things you mentioned really . detail, imaging, clarity these were able to provide + full metal build quality for like 12$ if you want a set for the longrun and like a more vocal focused tuning then consider wan'er 2 if those are under 25$, great iem on their own (build quality is pretty cheap though) but you get an excellent cable plus and stellar set of included eartips that people go out of their way to buy on their own to use for much more expensive sets i'd personally take the cheaper zvx pro as its just a sidegrade to the gate but should be a good amount cheaper or spend abit more for the wan'er 2 for the great accessory package
r/iems • should i take truthear gate? ->Still actually the 7HZ Zero 2. Bunnys spike in the uppers are not fun, Castor pro bass is a bit odd but enjoyable at least, waner 2 is tooo vocal. Pure and hexa are mid. Pure neither has enjoyable bass or mids. Hexa is shouty. EM6L is thin. Explorer is dark asf. The only one of these I've had moments of "Oh shit" and jumping up because I thought the sound was next to me, was from the Zero 2. My collection goes into the kilobucks
r/iems • Best All Rounder IEMs under $120-$130. ->Tangzu wan er vs this one which one has better sound . i have alredy tangzu also i curious about castor pro
r/iems • The Castor Pro bass was worth every penny for a new IEM user like me ->IEM is a wrong place to look for soundstage. Yeah there is a difference when you put 15 minutes of critical listening into the "stage" Get waner 2 for great vocal
r/iems • Wider Soundstage with Great Vocals: Truthear Gate, Moondrop Chu II or 7Hz Salnotes Zero? ->Wired ones mostly have passive noise cancelling. For your money, tangzu waner 2 lang ang pasok sa budget mo na Matino tumunog.
r/ShopeePH • Best IEMs around ₱1,000? ->better get the version 2 nito.
r/ShopeePH • Best IEMs around ₱1,000? ->I stopped reading at "Truthear Zero Red", that trash usually goes for $55-65 and "Bass-forward"? did you ever listen that thing? All HBB collabs are known for their bass but the zero red?. It's $60 for an iem with a cheap cable and cheap eartips, with a gigantic nozzle, how do you tip roll with that nozzle?. It's just one of the worst iems for a beginner and totally overpriced, you can get a better cable and eartips with the Tangzu wan'er at 1/3 of the price. It's 2025 with so many options, at this point it's just a meme of this subr recommending that thing

a 20-50$ iem will sound much better than any non audio brand 10$ earphone and even rival 100-150$ wireless earbuds like a samsung or oneplus. an 200$ iem will sound better than an airpods, these are just logically normal things. when it comes to actually comparing against over ear headphones or speakers. under 100$ generally iems will be the best but there are some good like 70-80$ headphones that rival them. around 100-500 or even 1000$ you really cannot beat over ear headphones for sound quality, once you spend multiple thousand dollars then speakers rule. but these categories arent really comparable since they are used in different situations most of the times. people mostly use iems outside, headphones in front of a computer and speakers in the living room. I can say that on well mixed tracks you can definitely hear a difference, it does not make the song different or anything like that but you pick up on new details when comparing a 30$ iem to a 150$ one, but usually the more important one is the sound signature of it, some are very flat and neutral some are made for bass some are made to be the most clear and detailed some are focused on male or female vocals its all depending on your personal preference. personally when listening to just popular rock songs I do notice that 150$ ie200s have more detailed guitar sounds and more separated drums than 25$ 7hz zero's in terms of really high end iems, they arent really supposed to be competing with normal headphones or speakers but trying to get as close to them while still being portable and private so you can use them anywhere. at home I would not use my iems since I already have decent over ear headphones that are much more comfortable and are open back, but ofc I cant use them on the train so I use my iems. going into iems its probably a good idea to not spend a ton of money, 20-30$ options like 7hz zero2 or tangzu waner will sound much better than what you have in every way you can imagine for not much money, if you go up to like 80$ they will become more detailed and technically better but the general sound of the music wont change much. in the end they are just a piece of tech not anything elite or smart or whatever, like 1000$ iems and such are a niche and stuff most people wouldn't care about them, but more affordable ones are just objectively great value if you care about sound.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I am having the same problem, it fits, but isn't comfortable
r/iems • View on Reddit →I have never been impressed by KZ offerings, but I certainly haven't experienced the entire field. For me, the Wan'er 2 get a 4+/5 overall, 5/5 value adjusted. Here are my quick notes: "Bass is present and super clean. Treble is maybe a hair recessed (WotW), but very well executed and clear. Doesn't have the sparkle that some will want. Microdynamics are fine; might want a hair more attack on some tracks. Male vocals are really nicely reproduced, female vocals a hair better. Soundstage is occasionally almost distractingly wide. Excel on loud/busy tracks. Aesthetically very pleasing; cable looks and feels cheap (but that's because it is). Overall great headphone, improvement on the OG." \[Tested using a Kinera cable; inadvertently bought with a 4.4 mm pentaconn. Surprisingly low-sensitivity; got to use a lot more headroom than expected.\]
r/iems • View on Reddit →Whenever someone pops up here asking which $100 IEM they should buy, my standard response is to spend $60 on a Wan'er 2, Zero:2, and Chu II, $10 on a dongle DAC, and spend the other $30 on something else (or save for upgrade). EQ is cool, but it's not magic. And finding something close to your preference and starting there goes a long way. Also, not for nothing, but I used a different tunes of IEMs at my desk (Wan'er) vs. working in a loud office (Chu II) vs. walking my dog (Zero:2), and playing with multiple tunings helps you figure that out.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Havent heard but was also interested in them awhile ago. Though heard it went thru a silent revision not too long ago and it is no longer a bassy set. I also looked for a basshead set and got something else. It has quite mixed reviews but I still deeply love my 7hz Legato. Got it over 1.5 years ago for around $65. For reference, all the sets Ive heard: TE Nova, TE zero, Letshouer S12 Pro, 7hz Legato, Artti R1, Tangzu Fudu, Kz Pr1 Pro. Used to own the Tangzu Waner and TE Hola, but gave them away. If you really wanted bass, cant go wrong with Legato. Artti R1 is still quite warm and bassy whilst still being more detailed and balanced if you dont want to lose much detail.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Is the bass in this version, true to the original? I have the OG blon, it has punchy and fast bass and warm vocals. Does the blon 03 II sound similar to the original? or bass is completely different? I am asking because I hate the bass on my Tangzu wane'r.. it has boomy shallow bass.. and doesn't hit the right spot in my ear. Leaves me unsatisfied. But I love the blon OG for the bass.
r/iems • View on Reddit →For a cheap set, I'd say Wan'er either 1 or 2, but 1 imo has the better fit because of the nozzle and nozzle angle. For the in-between, KZ Zenith. A seriously good set, I was kinda done with budget IEMs after I got that. For a I just want something really really good and dont mind spending the money even though its my first purchase in this market, Ziigaat x Fresh Reviews Arete OR Ziigaat Odyssey.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Yes and no (mostly no) To preface this, I'm an audio engineer with significant recording studio experience. No gold records or anything, but I have worked with artists who have gold and platinum records before. Anything I say is coming from a recording/mixing professional standpoint, not necessarily an end-user or consumer standpoint: IEMs *can* be more detailed, just like headphones *can* be. What you hear through them doesn't become more detailed just because an IEM is an IEM. It's about driver selection, construction, and tuning. You buy a $20 IEM, you get a $20 product. (Tangzu Wan'er) Mostly, these sound better than some JLabs garbage at Target/Wal-Mart (due to tuning) but they aren't ever going to outperform a set of over-ears with a half-decent pedigree (ATH-M40x and the like) When we get into the $500 range (like the Mega5EST) then you can really start to see the benefits of the tuning and driver selection but also the benefits of simple physics. BeyerDynamics can put out the same kind of treble extension that the Mega5EST can, but the M5E doesn't have to work as hard doing it. Those ultra-high frequencies die off in open air very quickly. Not so much when forced through a mostly sealed tube (your ear canal) That's a lot of your "detail". One thing I have never heard a dynamic driver IEM do (but have heard it slightly with some BA units) is get the sound of the bow moving across the strings of a double bass or cello right. Those little "skips" you can hear as the bow kinda barely jumps along the string surface. I can only get *that* kind of detail out of properly powered over ears with great drivers. Detail isn't all treble extension. You will never hear a snare sound more like a snare than through Neumann NDH-30s. They just punch and are alive. Tuning will also play a HUGE part by attempting to make up for the what the outer structure of your ear does to sound before hitting your eardrum. I dislike these meta tuned IEMs, mostly, because they sound incredibly unnatural to me. Bassy, recessed mids, too much treble in weird ranges. My HRTF and these tunings usually *do not* get along. You might LOVE them, though. Headphones aren't perfect, but we all can get closer to agreeing on how a pair of headphones sound between us than we can IEMs due to at least having our entire ear involved in hearing them. Plus... I would NEVER mix or monitor tracking sessions with a pair of IEMs. Doesn't matter how well it matches my HRTF or how "neutral" they're touted to be (Ziigaat Cincotres and their marketing it as "studio reference tuning" was a flat-out *lie* ) I know what sound really sounds like having recorded strings, guitars, drums, woodwinds, etc...
r/headphones • View on Reddit →I might be able to get the Kefine klen under 40-45 dollars with some deals and at that price the klen is one of the best blind buys you can make. Otherwise you can look into thetanchjim bunny dsp version as it gives you the ability to EQ the IEM as per your taste, and the best part you don't need any dac to use it it's plug and play although the stock sound isn't the best but with a little bit EQ it's arguably one of the best pair of IEM. So these two are my recommendations and definitely you can consider the Wan'ner 2 as well as the stock tuning of that IEM is better than the bunny.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I have the Wan'er 2 and find it to be a good IEM for the price . I put zero stock in any video that plays a headphone and you're supposed to believe that is how it sounds that is virtually impossible. They will get loud enough to damage your hearing and I do advise against that even with an Apple dongle US version EU not as much.

r/iems • View on Reddit →When I'm at home and playing games on my handhelds or doing chores around the house, I'm still partial to my Moondrop Aria from back in 2021. I use it with Moondrop's Spring Tips and a Tripowin Zonie for the cable, since I wasn't a big fan of the default cable. They're comfortable and sound great, why fix something that's not broken? I'll likely replace this with the Truthear Hexa when it eventually does break. When I'm outside/commuting or gaming on my PC at home, I'll usually carry my Tangzu Wan'er 2. The Truthear Hola was my favourite for this one, but mine broke, they discontinued it and I'm not really a fan of the Truthear Gate's sound signature personally, so I figured I'd try something different in the name of science. This one has a mic (since I use it for work calls and gaming), and I use the Spinfit CP240 double-flanged tips on them for maximum noise isolation. I don't plan on wearing them for an extended period of time, so the tips being extra intrusive for limited durations is okay. They are also really cheap, just 2k rupees, so I wouldn't feel terrible if I lost them outside or they broke from daily use. Bonus: for extended WFH sessions (assuming I don't need to make a work call) and listening critically to music at home, I use headphones actually, my Sennheiser HD600. They are really comfortable and make you forget you're wearing them, and they are incredibly neutral. Of course, they cost 23k rupees and aren't IEMs, so not relevant to your question, but thought it would be interesting to mention it as a frame of reference.

r/iems • View on Reddit →Wan'er is vocal focused neutral and my favorite of those three. Chu is v-shaped ands zero:2 bass boosted, though also good IEMs.
r/iems • View on Reddit →The Wan'er 2, hands down. Definitely skip the Cadenza; at least to me they're super tinny and sibilant, with hollow and unsatisfying bass. Chu II are also great, but I think the Wan'er are a more resolving headphone.
r/iems • View on Reddit →if you can afford 2 sets...get the Salnotes zero 2 and either the Chu2 or the Wan'er. They should have different enough sound signatures that you can start making a decision which you might like. Watch the reviews for the two sets you buy. r/iems • View on Reddit →I'd skip the Cadenza; to me they're both tinny (treble) and hollow (bass). Honestly if you like neutral tunes the Tangzu Wan'er 2 are great at $20, and I've heard few pairs under the $100 mark that are substantially better. Maybe look at the Kiwi Ears x Crinacle Singolo if you lwant Kiwi Ears; they're wildly overpriced at MSRP but they're basically half off everywhere these days and they're good at 40 USD.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Will you plug them directly to Dualsense? Be aware there will most likely be loud hiss everytime the sound plays. Mostly noticeable when navigating through dashboard for example but not noticeable while playing a game actually I have qkz hbb and tangzu waner and both do the same. Only on dualsense.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Uhm they are very similar and both s, the waner 2 have a better cable and premium eartips, the chu 2 have the aluminum body. if you want more bass the chu 2 are better, if you want more details the waner 2
r/headphones • View on Reddit →$20. Seriously, the chifi IEM market is crazy and there are a bunch in the $20-30 range that are really, really impressive. Based on your preferred tune, I'd suggest the Tangzu Wan'er SG or Wan'er II. I prefer the sound of the II, but the SG cost me only $11 a few weeks ago. The base cables are ... meh, but pretty easy to swap out. If you want a more v-shaped tune, the Chu II are also pretty great.

Whatever frequencies that a child whines at about not wanting to do something or whatever, those frequencies seemed enhanced to my ears, and just like a want to smack a whiny child (but don't, of course), I wanted to smack the Waaaaa'ner. I gave it to a friend almost immediately.

r/ipod • View on Reddit →Waner 2 is the best choice because you get premium tips at the start of your journey which is important. Best advice is create a cheap collection of good IEMs with diverse sound qualities and have fun with the journey, then you'll be ready to leave the budget market and advance to the entry market where you will know what you're looking for. The second hand market in this hobby is excellent as well and you wont lose money on what you resell from there so you can then take more risks at the $100-200 range.

Realmente nesse aqui o problema sou eu. KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. SOM TODO ESTOURADO, SÓ SERVE PRA OUVIR TUDO QUE Tà EM VOLTA. KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.
r/audiofiliabrasil • View on Reddit →I found the treble on Klean to come off a bit too unnatural to me. Also, the bass response didn't come off very satisfying to me compared to something like the hexa or tangzu waner. I actually like the tangzu waner better than the klean
r/iems • View on Reddit →KZ has a lot of decent value IEMs. I also have a set of Tangzu Waner IEMs that I really enjoy for their surprising separation and they make female vocals sound great.
