planars are renowned for their clarity . typical planar tuning makes vocals come off as sounding metallic though but ymmv something liek the simgot supermix 4 would be great though. hybrid with harman tuning, female vocals really shine on this set
r/HeadphoneAdvice • In ear monitors with best clarity ~150$ ->supermix is a good set yeah. usually pure planars like s12 pro aren't rec'd for fps gaming cause many of them have very boosted higher frequencies which can effect staging, not sure how the ultra's hold up though but many use and enjoy the supermix for gaming
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Which IEMS is recommended for Valorant? ->I have used Supermix4 and they are 8ndeed very nice especially in fps. Then I switched to Blessings3 which are also very nice but also better for music.
r/iems • Are these the "best" gaming iems? any recommendations for a good cable with a mic ->They have been, for a long time... I still use them sometimes when I don't have my blessings 3...
r/iems • Best IEM for CoD/FPS ->There's a method to the madness...at least for my case. I didn't wildly trust any "professional" reviewer...I got a few (3) of the community rec'd IEMs...to see if they'd suit me (fit, sound, curiosity) Think the total I spent on those was less than what a Hexa would have cost. I, too, came from BT devices...Beats Studio Pro, Beats Fit Pro...I was done with all the BT junk. Didn't bother with BT hooks and dongles and such. Compression...power...it's ALL lacking. Anyway, AFTER listening to my 3 sets for a bit...I went back to "professional" reviews on YT. Watched the review vids of those IEMs...and decided on whose views and opinions I aligned with. From there....I was able to make slightly more informed purchases. Yes, it's usually best to test drive audio gear in person...and buy from a local outlet with a reputable and dependable return policy. For some, that is not possible. I have disposable income...and can afford several sets of Hexa or even the Supermix 4 on a whim. I didn't think it was sensible to dive in when there are cheaper AND community recommended sets to try. As for BT...if I'm going to use BT for convenience...I would stick with the usual suspects instead of introducing dongles and ear hooks. BUT...that's just me
r/inearfidelity • I'm fed up with IEM reviews, here's what I've tried. IEM newbie's story ->Yeah me too, I have some very expensive sets, like the IE600, and I prefer the EW300 over the IE600... I still prefer my Ziigaat Odyssey, or my Mangird Xenns Top, but damn the Simgot is indeed very very good for the asked price
r/iems • What's an IEM you'd tell 99% of people to blind buy? ->I've been using the Artti T10. For music i like the supermix4 better, but for gaming the T10 is so damn sharp, fantastic.
r/iems • Best IEMs for FPS Gaming: The results may surprise you ->While I probably understand where you're coming from, neutral is at least mathematically represented as a flat frequency curve. But I agree. I have pretty solid studio monitors at home. I thought of complementing it with a somewhat reasonably priced simgot supermix 4 since the curves seemed more Harman like. While it is true to tuning, I've realized I care a lot about transient response (spoilt by my other setup) and imaging, not much about soundstage (again influenced by near field monitors). And while the iem does well in imaging, the transients are just not upto mark. But both have their sweet spots depending on how I feel that day
r/iems • Best Neutral IEM For Every Price Point? ->The Simgot supermix 4 are amazing gaming iem especially for footsteps in shooter games for around $150. Unfortunately not on sweetwster tho just checked, sorry
r/iems • Sennheiser IE 100 Pro? Gaming IEM? What could be better on SweetWater for the $100 to $200 Range? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS

Well I own supermix 4 : its is highly technical thats for sure .... ( not a VERY audiophile listener but have interest in this hobby ) ... thats the first thing I noticed about them thay they are hight technical... very detail can be heard .... It lacks midbass ... though not that fan of too much mid bass so its ok... can't fault vocals.... Vocals seems great ... soundstage seems really good for price point
r/inearfidelity • Best technical iem below $100 ? ->They are fatiguing to treble sensitive people
r/inearfidelity • Best technical iem below $100 ? ->The Supermix 4 when using it for general video watching. The mid scoop really messes with vocal audio. The Blessing 3 for how bright / sibilant and clinical it was. I think these two are my favorite IEMs in terms of looks and design, but their sounds were disappointing.
r/iems • Which IEM made you go 'nope' instantly? 😆 ->His take is 100% accurate on these, especially for gaming. EM6Lbor SM4 are the far smarter choice for gaming. IMHO.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Found a deal on ebay for 132€ and canceled the order to fix the address, by the time it got accepted they sold out.... So I went to ali express and got them for 149€ + Dunu Candy ear tips and some memory foam tips
r/iems • View on Reddit →I would recommend buying some cheap pairs to figure out what you like then going from there. Personally I have the SM4, Explorers, ARTTI T10, and Hexa for inside use. Outside my house I have the Wan'er, Rosefinch, and Cadenza. A lot of people are going to blindly recommend the Explorers for everything and while I use the Explorers the most for day to day music because they're relaxed and warm theyre not something I would ever consider using for a competitive shooter. Price for performance I still think the best on the market is the ARTTI T10. If you're in the US you can get it off Amazon for $56 right now. The shell is plastic but that's really the only negative I have for it.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Get a cheaper mic arm and remove the dac, you can get better IEMs. I have the Hexas and the Hexas are good for their price for sure, but at double the price you can get a whole list of great IEMs around the 160 range. A better iem does far more difference for audio quality than any dac would. From my subjective experience, IEMs really do go up linearly in quality from budget to mid-fi. I went from the Hexas to the 300-400 dollar Thieaudio hype 4s and I can say in my opinion it is at least 4 times better in enjoyment for me. Same goes for 80 to 160. I think the super mix 4 is like almost 2 times better than the Hexas, this is all subjective of course. Jays Audio just made a great video with a comprehensive list of competitive Iems at that range. As someone else said, get an apple dongle instead or just plug it into your PC. Also I recommend a cheaper mic such as the solocast if you want to squeeze out more for 10 dollars and get better iems. If you use your onboard headphone jack on your PC, a 20 dollar arm (or no arm at all to save even more), and a 40 dollar mic, you are spending 40 or 60 dollars and leave about 190 to 210 for a great IEM. Here is the video that I mentioned: https://youtu.be/dapR2KQDXhQ?si=PyQILHFZPE36J2z1 In the description of the video he also leaves a genre guide and a ranking list of all the IEMs he listened to and their prices, you can even find many of them on AliExpress for even cheaper sometimes if you are willing to wait for the shipping. Edit: For gaming I prefer a tuning with clear treble since you will hear more detail and things will seem more spacious
r/iems • View on Reddit →If you don't need a mic, go with iems. I have a few pairs and they're better than any of the gaming headsets I've used (Arctic nova pro, turtle beach stealth 700, pc38x). If it has to have a mic I've enjoyed the sound on my pc38x's the most; open back though, if that makes a difference. Check out gadgetrytech on YouTube. He has great content stuff this. My favorite items are the zigaat aretes but they're a but spendy. Simgot supermixes are very good and cheaper.
r/CODWarzone • View on Reddit →IEMs have better sound, better tuning than similarly priced Headphones. But most of the IEMs don't come with Mic. IEMs also have varying sizes of Nozzles that go deep into Ear-canal, fit can vary, some are comfortable and some can cause pain. I am using Simgot SM4 for gaming and they are very good for what they are. I don't enjoy my TWS now and have to incur extra charges on Apple Music for Hi-Res Music. For FPS games, consider V-Shaped / Harman Sound Signature. For Immersion/Story Games, any Signature will suffice.
r/IndianGaming • View on Reddit →I'm saying that Harman is V shaped. Not Vocal forwarded as you said. I never mentioned it being flat. Harman is known for recessed mids, hence thin male vocals. The EW300 has more warmth in vocals. Unless you are talking about Female vocals.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I would highly recommend the supermix 4s, there is also a linsoul sale soon on the 18th and they have coupons for 50$ off if you pay 2$ for it now. You can definitely end up getting the supermix 4 for around 100$ that way and you'll love it!! Metal faceplate and it's a quadbrid driver setup (4 different types of drivers). I don't think it's worth buying the lower end 30-50$ sets as you'll want more, this way you'll end up with a really good set that'll last you a long while, for music and gaming. I also would recommend the apple usb-c to aux from Amazon as a temporary cheap dac (digital audio control), yes it's better than using the aux that comes with your pc case/ motherboard. I've tried many many IEMs and own a few 300-500$ sets and even though I sell off some to buy others, I always have a set of supermix 4s as a backup, amazing fit and adequate sound and imaging.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I've been using the Artti T10. For music i like the supermix4 better, but for gaming the T10 is so damn sharp, fantastic.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I will wait for your review of the e300 but I am currently eyeing the Truthear kiwi aether and simgot super mix 4, both squeeze the max of my 150€ budget and offer either tuneability or driver variety to hit every corner of audio
r/iems • View on Reddit →Gaming IEMs is just marketing guff. An IEM is an IEM. I love the Simgot Supermix 4 for fast paced fps gaming as it's imagining and sound stage are fantastic, plus it's technicalities while listening to music are brilliant. Takes EQ well enough and they have their place in my set up. But i have been daily driving the Punch Audio Martilo the past few weeks and oh my days, these are so much fun for music and movies. I've not won a BR with them yet, but that's more down to my skill and the sweats than the IEMs 😂
r/iems • View on Reddit →Super mix 4 is really good, should be higher on the list.
r/inearfidelity • View on Reddit →Currently, im using the supermix 4. What i like about this iem is the imaging and soundstage. The tonal isn't flat, but it fits me well. But still, I'm still listen to the output through the speaker or maybe other sources.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I would suggest using the community ranking lists to see what appeals to you in both looks and price. I would say that the super mix 4 which is on Amazon and goes on sale, is very good tech wise for fps games and decently musical for normal comfort listening, for it's given price bracket. If you want something even more, popular picks are the Xenns Tea Pro (metal shell and reputable brand) or the Kiwi Ears Astral (resin shell and slightly more affordable than the tea pro) both are just as good and on Amazon. Hope this helps, cheers man.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I support the supermix 4 being overhyped, but DO NOT return the timeless 2. The sound and technicality for the price is good, plus the nozzles makes it versatile. I will return the supermix 4 and save up a bit to get a midrange iem like the hype 4 and so on
r/iems • View on Reddit →I am with you. I play a lot fps and other games, and also collect vinyl and listen to music via a good HiFi System. I tried the last weeks the EM6L and the Supermix 4 as all big youtubers recommand them or better hyped them. a lot who are deep in IEM and headphones and frequencies graphes recommand them no wait hyped them too. Over a lot other IEMs. From audiophile side, stay away from both. get some good over ears for 120-200€ and you will enjoy music. For gaming. Try you buds which comes with your cellphone and tell me that you cant play a game anymore. Get a IEM, when you will, for around 30€ and play. You will see there is no real difference specially in the mids and more in treble where all the relevant sound is located in your games. American maybe Asians love bassy boomy IEM but thats not for music nore for gaming. Save the money you will have same fun, wont kill less enemies but can spent it for other things. maybe another inexpensive pair of IEM \^\^ Oh and never follow the hyped stuff. find your own way.
r/inearfidelity • View on Reddit →Jay is one of the reviewers I was vagueposting about lol. I own a Supermix 4, but getting angry at other reviewers for having different opinions than yours is super childish.
r/iems • View on Reddit →If you're going to blind buy under $100 I would recommend the ARTTI T10 and over $100 I would recommend the SM4. This is the recommendation I gave a buddy yesterday who didn't have the cash to buy a couple cheap IEMs and then something expensive he could only do one or the other.

r/iems • View on Reddit →In which "every way"? they have only more bass which sounds terrible.
r/inearfidelity • View on Reddit →The Simgot supermix 4 are amazing gaming iem especially for footsteps in shooter games for around $150. Unfortunately not on sweetwster tho just checked, sorry
r/iems • View on Reddit →Using the Letshuoer S08 and I love it. Previously tried Simgot EW300 and Simgot supermix 4. Found the Simgot EW300 was too heavy for my ears and that the Simgot Supermix 4 was too bulky to have a nice fit.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I've bought about a dozen IEMs over the last couple of years (from £15 - £380). By far my favourite for gaming is my Fiio JH5. It's really well built, with a great cable and it's really immersive when I'm playing Starfield for hours on end. https://preview.redd.it/agfw9ic7eaaf1.jpeg?width=2724&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=aa12fbbda2c9dcd54a1f7e0bd36bac6ad06ffa55 I recently decided to try the Simgot Supermix 4 as I'd heard that it was great for gaming. I ended up sending it back, as I thought the JH5 was noticeably better. I did recently ditch the Xbox wireless joypad for a wired Razer Wolverine V2. The sound was considerably better through the wired connection, so I'd definitely recommend this upgrade too (if you have an Xbox). I just wish Microsoft hadn't ditched the digital audio out from the previous Xbox - talk about a retrograde step...
r/iems • View on Reddit →EW300(HBB collab) ... SM4 on sale EM6L(EM6L is exactly 100 USD).. EM6L is the best for the price bracket..
r/iems • View on Reddit →i've chose to get the simgot sm4, will see if it's worth it or i'll put it for sale.
r/iems • View on Reddit →If you're competent with parametric eq, the best option is truthear nova and I will die on that hill. Supermix 4 is fine if you like spicy upper treble. Blessing 2 is a no imo, it was good for its time, right now no
r/iems • View on Reddit →I have the Aful and EW300. Sold the Supermix 4. For gaming and or just big sound the supermix 4 is best but felt clinical. The Aful sounded the muddiest but it's actually not muddy at all, it's just very smooth and is my go to for all day fatigue free listening at work. EW300 is my backup that never gets used. Good all arounder but the smallest sound. These days, I use the Ziigaat Odyssey for music enjoyment.
r/iems • View on Reddit →The Supermix 4 when using it for general video watching. The mid scoop really messes with vocal audio. The Blessing 3 for how bright / sibilant and clinical it was. I think these two are my favorite IEMs in terms of looks and design, but their sounds were disappointing.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I've also only used AirPod pros my first pair of iem were the simgot supermix 4 ordered them about 2 weeks ago on amazon returned them after 3 days personally thought they sucked. Currently looking for another pair to try out
r/iems • View on Reddit →Em6L or Supermix4, top end being Kiwi Astral, Ziigaat Crescent, Punch audio martilo are going to be the top for gaming outside of spending $450-550, get a Dac and amp or an all in one combo, life will be perfect afterwords for gaming and everything else, movies even single player games. Highly recommend dx5ii for gaming and scalpel like clean precise sound, you'll be clairvoyant in FPS where sound is mandatory.
r/iems • View on Reddit →I basically went straight from $50 IEMs to the SuperMix 4, and that blew me away. If you enjoy v-shape/u-shape you'll be happy. Got them on sale for $125.
r/iems • View on Reddit →The only one in your list I have experience with is the supermix 4 and I agree with you. I have the Tea Pro now and it's pretty darn good for FPS gaming. The imaging is spot on to my ears. It has, what I feel, is the max sound stage an IEM can do. I even tested my friend's Monarch MK3 against them and the gaming performance was similar with the mk3 edging them out in bf2042. Both are tremendous for gaming. The mk3 is amazing at everything imo.
r/iems • View on Reddit →People prefer EW300 because it has more bass and warm sounding. The treble is controlled and detailed. If you like the Harman curve, Supermix 4 is bang on that. It has better technicalities and is considered as value for money. Reviewers prefer it because how closely it matches the Truthear Nova which is one of the best IEMs in that price range if you want Harman Tuning.
r/iems • View on Reddit →Might as well get the teas as you will have the itch to see what's better... speaking from experience as I've gone from Qkz hbb to supermix4 to.... Probably tea pros or siigaat crescents
r/iems • View on Reddit →In my opinion, I have tried the quintet and it doesn't sound like a $200 IEM, but something like the super mix 4 which is $150 sounds like a $300 IEM in it's technicalities. You can usually tell by listening to very vocal centric music, or even gaming. Plus the source that you run them through could also impact a sound difference. If you're running them through a laptop, audio Jack, you're not getting the full experience of your IEM
r/iems • View on Reddit →I got the SuperMix4 a couple of months ago. Some friends said that they wanted to listen to them (music) for 1 or 2 minutes. In the end, each one got blasted and listened at least 10+ minutes. The clarity also on FPS games is fantastic. Select a good AMP-DAC, since this WILL affect their sound when you plug them into a Desktop or Laptop.
r/inearfidelity • View on Reddit →SIMGOT Supermix 4 are what i use for gaming outside of my Hifiman Arya Stealth.
r/iems • View on Reddit →There aren't that many once you've ruled out Etymotic. Honestly at that 'lower than Studio 4' price range you might as well go for the Studio 4. Aful Performer 5+2 / 8: Relaxed pinna gain at 2-4kHz means reduced vocal bite; speech and 'breathiness' is sacrificed slightly for a more relaxed, pleasant presentation. Not neutral. Anecdotally, I've heard the Performer 8, the soundstage is wide but centre image is weak. Moondrop Dusk: crinacle's house sound = big bass shelf. No go for neutrality. Moondrop Blessing 3: Upper-mids/lower treble emphasized (4-6kHz) beyond neutral. Supermix 4: Harman, i.e not neutral (bass and upper-mids emphasized) Thieaudio: U-shaped is their house sound from the Hype 2 all the way to the Valhalla. Extra bass and spicy treble. Not neutral. I would add that the Hexas aren't neutral either, they have too much bass for it, it's simply masked by the fact that its bass is sloped, not a shelf. All the 'Meta' IEMs out so far also fail in the neutral bass department by having too much of it. This includes the KE4, Volume S, Mega5EST and even CrinEar's 'Reference', if his chart is to go by. Graphs are worth looking at for reference. So you only really have the Studio 4 left. That, or an IER-M7 if you could get it for cheap.
r/iems • View on Reddit →The supermix are really good with good technical sound and base also the daybreak are good
r/iems • View on Reddit →End game is hard to define, because there are a lot variables that can go in to why or what someone would consider end game. Generally, I think o $150 sets like the Nova, SM4, Daybreak, S12, could all be end game for many who are not deep into the gear side of things as well. For people who have been taken in by the hobby as a whole, I think $250-350 is end game. But you need the hardware and the source material to support it. If your listening to YouTube Music, you're not going to get a better experience than a $150 set. Kilobuck exists. Most of it exists to get rich people to throw money at. There are only a hand full of kilobuck sets that I have heard that justified the price, and even then, I still think it's a waste of money. Honestly, anything over $300 is a waste of money. Invest in more tips, better source gear, a quality streaming service that offers lossless, and you will be set with a good $200-300 IEM. You're not going to miss anything.
