Logitech G - PRO X SUPERLIGHT Series

Currently own both. Based on experience, V3 Pro is better for fps games but the ‘playing safe’ ergonomics of the Superlight makes it a good all-rounder for me (gaming & work tasks)

Havent really noticed any degradetion, my GPX acts as office mouse so 8ish hours 5 times a week and i charge it maybe once every fortnight

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, I had quality issues with two Superlight 2. So I returned them, and after the second return, I decided to try the Viper. So I’m not really sure if I want to buy Logi again

20.5x11.5 Logitech GPX superlight, feels awkward I have issues with the width, most comfortable mouse I ever had was the G9. I don't have much time for research on what to get for my hand and not much budget to trial and error buy. Any suggestions that are solid are welcome 🙏🙏 I'm between EC1 dw, Pulsar Xlite v4 large or anything else that you guys would recommend!

I think that might be your problem my guy… the super light 1 is notorious for having double clicking and scroll issues, along with a decent amount of Logitech’s line tbf, glorious mice are not worth bothering with with like 1 or 2 exceptions, and I’ve never heard of the scabies axe haha. All likely (I’m assuming anyway) using older mech switches for the clicks.

Ok, under $100 you have a lot of great options. If you aren’t afraid of Chinese clone mice (and you shouldn’t be), you can get literally any shape with an amazing sensor and switch implementation. With that said, My recommendation: Endgame gear. OP1 8k v2 is under 100 and is amazing. It is wired which if that’s a deal breaker, I’d get the OP1w 4k for $80 on amazon right now XM series for larger hands. Hitscan hyperlight is another can’t miss. Pulsar x2 crazy light has gone under $100. I think right now it’s 130. M chose mice are excellent knock offs L7 is basically a pulsar x2 K7 is a viper v3 clone If it were me, I would get an op1 or a viper V3 pro for like $130, or a super light 2c for also I think $130, you’d pay a bit of a premium, but if it’s a gift for your brother, he may not appreciate how cool the lower cost clone brands are and they just want with all the pros are using, and if you buy it off your Amazon and you have how much more no hassle return policy.

Amen to that, i was using the super pro light until zaunkoenig m2k arrived after that it collected it dust and in comparison this felt like a brick

Yeah, shape and coating is important for sure. Even though the shape of the D2pro is slightly worse for me (but very comparable) and the coating absoluteley sucks compared to the Zowie, I'm still better playing with it. I just dislike the feel of something heavy. For me it's just that I need to hold the mice a tiny bit stronger than usual and that impedes my accuracy. I'm gripping very very light usually, the less my fingertips are pressed, the more feel I have. That's just my reasoning for it. That's the reason why I perform way better with grip tape, but I don't use it because I don't like the feel and only play recreationally once in a while. My favourite coating was the one of the Viper V2 pro I had. Felt good for work but grip wasn't bad either. The scroll wheel sucked though... I remember an era where I put weights into my Roccat Kone XTD and Logitech G9, but the moment I tried a G Pro Ultralight I couldn't go back. Just a personal preference, but a slightly less comfortable shape is easier to adjust too for me than 30g more.

just because pros and many people use this mouse it doesnt mean that this argument has any value, its all about personal preference and some people may have a preference to not like this shape and no matter how you describe it doesnt change that fact. I never said its bad mouse i just said it doesnt fit to my hand no matter what i tried over long period of time and choosing a mouse should be based on comfort. Shape is king for a reason. It’s claw, if you don’t know what grip it’s always claw. You either know if your entire palm rests on the mouse or if only your fingertips touch it. My hand is about the same size and I use claw. Used the G Pro X Superlight for years until scroll died (upgrading switches and encoder now to bring it back to life) but I picked up the Epomaker Click on Amazon about $55 it’s almost the same size and shape as the GPX and build quality feels great I’ve had no issues with it so far. I will say def upgrade it with some good dots because the stock skates are very thin and cause some drag.

Bro wait for the amazon sale and get hyperX i got it at 3199 (first wireless gaming mouse) and i don't regret my decision (i used to rock a g402 for 8 years before that so the weight difference felt crazy) but in my personal opinion its a Logitech g pro superlight but in a better shape (my hands are a little big maybe thats why) Hope it helps

He stated that mouse shape doesnt matter because he will eventualy get used to it if the mouse is decent, i contradicted that saying that in 2 years playing with a popular mouse i couldnt get used to it. What his experience with mice (btw what mice?) has to do with that case? We are not talking about his experience, it has nothing to do with the topic. How my argument isnt valid when i literally disproved what he said by my example when mouse after 2 years of usage didnt feel well in my hand?? I have a very similar hand size to yours, and I have tried many mice in the past few weeks. I usually play with a relaxed claw grip. If any shop where you live offers a return policy or allows you to try mice in their shop, I would suggest that. Your palm should have decent support, and all of your fingers should be able to rest naturally. I didn't like the Viper V3 Pro because it was too narrow in the middle, and the clicks caused my fingers to go into a V shape. My pinky had no place to rest. The Maya X and Superlight 2 are much more comfortable and universal for symmetrical mice. For ergos, I might recommend the EC2 or Xlite V4 medium, which are very popular shapes. I believe that mice under 122x62x40 will feel weird if you sometimes palm your mice and are used to good palm support. Smaller mice would work, but you need a different grip style with your hand size.

Logitech superlight 2 is the most common profession mouse for cs2 pros at majors and by a wide margin. I also use it and it is amazing so highly recommend.

Logitech G pro superlight is the go to for new people in the hobby .

im not single one experience i already talked with that issue with other redditors in other posts and there is many people who share my experience, tenz case was one of the biggest examples that im not the only one. Whatever im not going to argue about it because its pointless.

you’ve got tiny hands. mine are slightly bigger and I didn’t like the superlight, too big to comfortably grip. the V3P and Maya X have a similar shape and size still, if I had to pick from your list, I’d go for the Sora V2. if you’d like a middle-placed hump, there’s the hitscan hyperlight, scyrox v6, atk f1 and many others and to answer your other question — unless you need a load of buttons, any mouse you’re comfortable with is also good for productivity and daily use

thats bad advice and i cannot agree xd i used to play on GPX for 2 years and i never get used to it. Everytime i put my hand on that mouse i felt like im holding it differently. It started affecting my performance because i was overthinking it. Switched to ergo and immediately i started to feel my mouse like an extension of my hand asking myself why i didnt change it sooner.

Use a superlight 1, gift from a friend and it works perfectly, still amazing

On supperlight 1 I find the weight balance thrown off by removing the bottom puck. I bet it's probably the same on this one so you might want to re-think that position.

Hey! About a year ago I purchased a brand new wireless Glorious Model O and Glorious Desk Mat because it was recommended to me by my brother as a “best for gaming” setup. Few days ago I was watching a ESL CS2 Pro League and noticed literally no one was using Glorious. I started digging a bit deeper and found out that literally nobody is using Glorious in pro league. Wow! I am considering to upgrade my setup as follows, do you think it is a noticeable upgrade? I mostly play CS2 or other FPS shooters or strategy games a bit. • Glorious Model O Wireless -> Logitech Pro X Superlight 2 + X-Raypad Jade Ultra • Glorious Mouse Pad -> Artisan Ninja FX Zero Edit: Went for the smaller version of the Superlight 2, which is the Superlight 2c and so far I can say it’s been exceptional!

3 years here as well with no scroll wheel issues or any other issues with daily use. I use scroll wheel to jump in games too

I am having the same issue, i had the pulse fire haste for a while not and thought an upgrade was in store. I bought the Pulse fire Haste 2 and returned it due to an apparent sensor issue. It would change sensitivity thought out playing. Idk if it was sensor or connectivity but apparently this has been plaguing this mouse for 2 plus years and hyper x hasn’t fixed it so I think I’m done with hyper x. Which sucks cause I really liked the feel of the Haste 2 Wireless. I just got the super light and idk if I like it. It’s bigger and not the same form factor. Not a big fan of the side buttons either. Thinking about trying the super light 2c and seeing if smaller is better. I don’t have big hands so it might workout. Only issue is the crazy price, but I have no idea what to do after this.

I like mchose L7 fits my hand and currently using superlight 2c also fits my hand. Both of these are very similar to viper mini size for comparison but shape wise is different. I need the back hump to hit my back palm to have a stable grip.

I have tried the logitech superlight v1 and I think is the best I have tried for FPS. If you know similar mouse grip that can be better, let me know.

Unless you need the extra buttons, you're better off with a GPX or Viper clone.

i got scyrox v8 and vxe r1 pro max and superlight pro x. i like the vxe coating better than scyrox. vxe r1 pro max Tier S scyrox v8 Tier A superlight pro x Tier B

Superlight 2 or Razer Viper V3 Pro. Seriously, just get one of these and try it. They're the safest option and what most e-sports professionals use. Think Counterstrike 2 and Valorant. Of course they work great for everything but there's a reason the pros use these. The Razer Basilisk V3 is the most comfortable mouse I've ever used but yeah, it's heavy. 110g heavy. The Razer Viper V3 I just got is about half that.

so you know better than me what was my issue with certain mouse? im not the only one who noticed that in GPX 2, consistent and safe shape is not good for everyone because as i said whenever i put my hand on the mouse it felt different. If something doesnt feel the same in my hand than few minutes ago when i grab my mouse im not going to get used to it. Its delusional take to think that my overthinking was the problem and not the mouse shape. It has nothing to do with psychological discomfort, its like walking too small shoes, this is not going to get comfortable, it just doesnt fit the same way mouse may not fit your hand. It wouldnt take 2 years if that was just the matter of psychological comfort, i would get used to it after few months max. Besides i tried every possible grip on that mouse and none of them felt consistent so your argument about a mouse that force certain grip is wrong.

gpro x superlight is my go to and i can palm a basketball.

About 4.5 years. It’s lacking compared to newer even cheaper ones now but comfort wise I love it. Just very comfortable for my grip.

Try out the superlight 2 or the superlight 2c which is the smaller version! Its symmetrical with really no curves to finger tip! Also the normal superlight2 works for any grip style and find myself also going back to using it cause its good!
