Womier - SK75 TMR

HE/TMR is a buzzy gamer feature that has resulted in a ton of boards that are meh coming to market and the amount of switch options you have is kinda limited, that's what you'd be getting with something like the thing you've linked. Mind you, it's gonna be a perfectly usable keyboard and you're probably gonna like it. Still way better than logitech . There are a bunch of EXTRA NICE ones like the Monsgeek M1 V5 or Womier SK75 or Lemokey P1 HE or Keychron Q HE series that have a metal chassis and had people spend time making them sound and feel and making sure they don't screw up the basics. I'd personally stretch the budget and get one of those but the MCHOSE is probably decent enough. The Womier isn't even that far off with current aliexpress discounts.

I recently just got a new keyboard and went through looking a lot of different options. I own a full size razer huntsman elite and it's been a decent keyboard but I never liked the key clicks feel quite as much as some other mechanical keyboards. But I do think it is a good keyboard generally. Anyways I was looking for a less than full size keyboard and Wooting is all the rage currently for gaming. I wanted F keys, low latency, and non-plastic body. The wooting keyboard with a non-plastic body I think is around $280 currently. Looking into countless further options I settled at Womier SK75 TMR/HE, note the TMR/HE as there is a standard SK75 that I am not advocating for. The SK75 TMR/HE has those things I wanted and the Wooting maybe was more differentiated years ago but I'm not convinced it's not running its high price off of brand name/hype somewhat at this point. But I can't say I have personally tried one, just the vibes I get from everything I have watched/read in the last week. Anyways the SK75 TMR/HE has been impressive and feels awesome and allegedly it has all the low latency stats. I paid $120 for it on Amazon. I have only used it for a few days so far so no ability comment on longevity. Overall I think the Razer and Wooting are probably fine keyboards. But there is a vast amount of options out there and I think Wooting may be at a premium price.

I just got this keyboard for Christmas. It's my first mechanical and customizable keyboard. Previously ever owned simple $10 keyboards. So this thing is night and day. My only current complaint is that there isnt any way to adjust response or sensitivity like halo effect boards that I'm aware of. Again new to the game here but I would like to be able to press the key half way or less and get the same response in game. Maybe I can mod it???? Anywho this board is amazing otherwise. Very impressed

SK75, but for editing, you'd need a lot more than just 75%.

I bought it and the gamakay 75 from Amazon during black Friday and kept the womier. It came with the void magnetic switches which sound amazing but doesn't have the clicky sound(some really like that I do not). The biggest complaint you could have on it is the RGB doesn't shine thru as much as others but I like it that way sinceyou can always change that if you want and it's overall performance is top 10.

Get Womier SK75 TMR, it was about $96 and now around $110-120. Not full size tho.

The SK75 is such a good keyboard for the money, 100% that. Womier also makes a TMR version of the SK75 in that same colorway, if you want a magnetic keyboard that you can also swap in mechanical switches if you decided you didn't want every switch to be magnetic. I have an SK75 and the TMR version (one for work and one for gaming), and I love them both.

I have the Win60 and their cooked in software blocks out a LOT of keys on the function layer from being able to be remapped, which even if you were going to go into layers for your editing (which can totally be done on a 68), you would not be able to put the keys where you wanted them to be that would make the most sense to *you* which is going to be important for something like that. So I would say definitely the SK75 in this case.

I really enjoy the evo75 or evo80 keyboards around 170, both are fully pre built and good options with choices of different colors to match your setup. Womier sk75 or something like aula75 are good cheaper pre built options. You also should mention what key layout you'd want since I saw 75 to full sized on your list.

Tmr switches give slightly better battery life and allows the board to have common hot swap sockets, I have the womier sk75 tmr and it was on sale for $108 USD and it's stock sensitivity is a bit much but if you want to take the time for tuning it's a solid buy I haven't seen a ton of 75% aluminum cases under a hundred USD regularly in a bit there's a solid number in plastic but most don't have he/tmr options since the tmr switches a still relatively new

For gaming/osu/typing 40usd will get you a lower range membrane keyboard, nothing really good. I'd reccomend saving another 20~30 and getting maybe a Womier s75? I'm pretty sure it's a quite nice quality rainy 75 ripoff for half the price. Anyways, if 40 is your max then I'd reccomend going to local stores and trying out the display keyboards because buying a mechanical for 40 is just a waste of money. If you're happy with your current keyboard and want something for osu, you can buy specific osu keyboard (3 keys usually), even wooting has a quite cheap one edit: You can also watch some youtube videos on budget keyboards, usually budget starts at ~60usd but there might be something at 40~50

Just bought a womier sk75 TMR yesterday and keychron K2 HE 2 days ago. Before you ask about it, the K2 is for my son, who does homework and plays roblox. Nothing else. He loves it. His previous keyboard: Razr Widowmaker I play games probably once every 2 months. Mostly typing on my keyboard. Previous keyboard: Apple Magic Keyboard I've used wooting 80he before. My little brother has the zinc 80he and cousin has the plastic 80he. Can't tell the difference to be honest other than a slight difference in sound.
