I bought the Logitech Pro X Lightspeed and the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless. I ended up returning the Arctis. This was after I spent a week tweaking the equalizer settings, including downloading recommending settings and trying them out. To me, the Pro X blew the Arctis out of the water. It wasn't close. I mostly play COD.
r/steelseries • I'm just going to say it. The Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless is the best headset ever made (in my opinion of course) ->While I love my Logitech g pro headset I wouldn't suggest it. Sennheiser or their gaming side EPOS probably have amazing deals on. And I wouldn't steer anyone clear
r/buildapc • Whats the Best Gaming Headset to Buy Right Now? ->I have them, I havent done anything and they sound good.
r/LogitechG • Review: Logitech G Pro X2 Lightspeed Headset ->I got this headset recently and I haven't had any issues with these, I've just used these out of the box and sound great, maybe just a bunch of units made on monday.
r/LogitechG • Review: Logitech G Pro X2 Lightspeed Headset ->I have many headsets and I still only use my Logitech Pro X 2 wireless on my PS5 Pro. Long battery life and amazing sound!
r/PS5pro • Okay I need opinions about gaming headsets for the ps5 pro 😎😠->so i ve got the same headset, and did the same tutorial and it s sound better on dolby. well,i've wanted to also check out the DTS from microsoft store but nr1: i can't find the gpx2 lightspeed in their list and nr2: the only thing that i can change is the spatial sound. compared to dolby,on dolby you have presets to choose and you can also make your own,so can you please tell me how the DTS work?
r/LogitechG • Review: Logitech G Pro X2 Lightspeed Headset ->Personally I bought a pair of Logitech pro Xs 4 years ago and they're still in great condition with amazing sound quality. 1 second I'm blasting music through them and using them as a speaker almost and the next I'll play siege, perfectly able to hear everything. Idk about their other products but I've been nothing but satisfied with logitechs headphones so far
r/SiegeAcademy • What headset should I choose for siege between these two? ->I just swapped out my old headset for the Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed and it's been solid for my FPS sessions.
r/buildapc • The Best Gaming Headset to Buy Now? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS

I have Blackshark and Logitech Pro X 2 Lightspeed at home I have very sensitive head and ears, if there's even a little bit of pressure, I have a headache and my ears hurt. So, I tested both headphones for about a month, but keep in mind I do always stretch them out quite a lot with books Both of headphones were fine for me, but I've chosen Logitech for myself (Razer went to my partner) cause in Blackshark I felt more...warm? Like nothing hurt, it was fine, but it felt like there wasn't enough air coming through. So, if you buy these, I don't think you're gonna regret it, but - I LOVE my Logitech Pro X 2. I spend about 3-4 hours gaming without any breaks, and it always feels great. Mic for me is not important, cause I have a separate one, but the mic's quality is also better than Blackshark. The only annoying thing about Logitech is its software, but I figured it out once and now all the settings are perfect Hope this helps!
r/GirlGamers • Debating between gaming headsets ->Not long ago I got the Logitech G PRO X2 Lightspeed - excellent headphones, with good 7.1 sound. They're compatible with PS5 thanks to the included dongle, have quick switching between two devices (dongle/Bluetooth), and also support wired connection (3.5mm jack). The mic is detachable. The battery life is very solid (compared to Sony's exclusive PS5 headphones). All in all, if I were to recommend something, it would only be these. For music, I mostly use Apple AirPods Max and Pro.
r/ArcRaiders • Thinking about getting a new headset for this game. Suggestions? ->i use g pro x 2 wireless, the software sucks so i use equalizerapo and its great i can have insane bass and super clear audio
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →Omg, i got the headset a few days ago and I have been so dissapointed with the sound, like you mentioning the bass is absolutely to strong and the sound quality is garbage, cant wait to try this tutorial out, thanks! I was just about to go and return it and go back to a Razer blackshark which I had prior to getting this!
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →I have a similar situation and settled with the Logitech pro x2 as a real good candidate. It may not be the perfect sound for an audiophile, but its a very solid pick with great battery, long range and is extremely lightweight+comfortable which is IMO the most important thing for a heavy-use headset. Regardless of what headset you land on, if you're not into manually figuring out how to setup an equalizer, the sound quality should be much better than default if you configure the equalizer with autoeq.app. Cant recommend that enough
r/pcmasterrace • View on Reddit →To me, having wireless headphones (no cables in the way) is a more important QoL than whatever sound quality I could get (I don't really know what I'm missing on since I never owned "Pro Audio" hardware). (I have Logitech G Pro X 2 LIGHTSPEED headset)
r/pcmasterrace • View on Reddit →I own a lot of headsets, ranging from 100-500. Specifically for PC gaming, my favorites are my Logitech pro x 2 for wireless (after a lot of mic tweaking), hyper x cloud ii for wired. For exercising, video calls and music, I use different ones. My favorite, if I could only have one headset for everything, would be the Bose QC ultra (+ the Bose USB dongle for gaming).
r/simracing • View on Reddit →Logitech Pro ×2 Lightspeed gaming headset , Wife got me these and they have everything she said they are number one in Australia at the time.

r/steelseries • View on Reddit →If the G Pro X 2 had a better quality mic, the Astros wouldn't stand a chance. The fact that its functionality is tied to the dock is the biggest design flaw. You can't easily use it across other devices and it's wireless range is very poor. G pro X 2 a bigger graphene driver, better battery life, lighter, 3.5 mm jack, usb c chargeable, and a detachable mic. Although the mic quality isn't as good as Astros, everything else is the same, if not better, on the g pro X2.
r/AstroGaming • View on Reddit →I just swapped out my old headset for the Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed and it's been solid for my FPS sessions.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →Honestly, for the price point, I would just go with the Logitech G Pro X2 light speeds. The nova pro say they have active noise canceling but I can't seem to really tell the difference unless like my PC is being pretty loud. It does a pretty good job at lessening the sound noise. But I really did enjoy the light speed a lot and honestly would go back to them if I didn't already buy these Nova pros. The sound quality was in my opinion a little bit better on the Logitech's then the nova's, but that's just my personal opinion. But when it comes to long-term use, I feel like the nova prose fitted my future better because you can replace the ear cuffs and the top headpiece if they get worn. As long as you keep the headset in good condition, it should last a long time. I would say pros for the nova pros: Build quality seems to be really nice Extra battery is awesome The dual connectivity from device to device is awesome. You can be on your phone and listen to whatever you're listening to on your phone at the same time as playing a game super super smooth synchronization. The Sonar EQ is cool but not as good at some other EQ adjusters. The separate audio doc that comes with the headphones is nice. A little bit of an inconvenience but nice at times when you are looking just to make a quick adjustment to the sound or the EQ. The headset is pretty comfortable. It's a little heavy but honestly, I can't even tell it's as heavy as it is when it's on your head I could play rainbow six for hours and it not hurt my neck at all. The pull out micro is pretty sweet. I like how it doesn't have a big footprint on the headset. It's retractable so that was a pretty big selling point for me. Lastly, as the looks, they look pretty nice. They don't look like most gaming headsets or when you see it you know it's a gaming headset. Let me know if you have any other questions! Hope that helps!
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →Hi, for me I play FPS games so sounds are important. I felt that I could hear things on the Audeze that I could not on the Logitech. The Frequencey Response on the Logitech is 20Hz to 20 kHz. The Audeze is 10Hz to 50 kHz so that makes sense that I could hear things on the Audeze before the Logitech.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →im literally angry at these headphones right now. the ear cover came off and im like "why did this happen at all? only for a 10 minute process of putting it back on. i had to do the same for my kid for the first iteration of these headphones and its happened multiple times to him. review aside from that: amazing wired sound quality. issues in several games with voice chat but not discord. there used to be a really loud ear damaging click like a magnet moving in the headphones or something that is probably loud enough to cause ear damage and it occured randomly in singular instances. if you go from pc to a bluetooth device and hit the button to go back, it wont unless you unplug and replug the dongle. it will not reconnect to the dongle otherwise. issue applies to 3 different logitech headphones in my household. i would say this has too many headaches.
r/buildapcsales • View on Reddit →As for the Logitech, the pros for that headset is: It's super comfortable, audio quality is great battery last a long time. Super easy to connect. Super simple plug-in play design. Great couldn't go wrong headset.
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →I thought I was crazy spending almost $200'on Logitech g-pro. But it was good enough when I broke em I bought another pair
r/steelseries • View on Reddit →I fully agree with you. The G Pro X 2 and the Astro A50 are on sale and the same price on Amazon right now - I went with the G Pro X 2. Some might find that surprising, but the Astro A50's dock-based connection is a huge dealbreaker for me. The dock is the main connection point and houses the Bluetooth, which means you can't use the headset on the go without it. This seriously limits its portability. Plus, the range is poor and the signal gets choppy if you're not right next to the dock. The only real advantage of the Astro A50 is its microphone, which is supposedly fantastic. But I'm okay with a slightly less perfect mic for a better overall experience. The G Pro X 2's mic isn't as bad as people claim - there's even a "clear mic fix" preset in G Hub that fully resolves the clarity issue. While it may not be on par with the Astro's, the G Pro X 2's comfort and flexibility are better, and I think it looks much sleeker. Regarding sound output, on paper, the X 2 is better since it has a 50mm graphene driver versus a 40mm in the astro. If the G Pro X 2 had the same mic as the Astro A50, it would be a no-brainer. But for some, mic quality is more important than portability, range, battery life, usb c charging, and not being limited by the useless dock station. It just comes down to personal preference.
r/AstroGaming • View on Reddit →If you want a wireless headset the Logitech G PRO X 2 is nice. The mic is alright ( i used a standalone usb mic instead) but it doesn't get super hot and sweaty and the sound is decent.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →# 1. SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 (or 7X / 7P) * price: often around $140-$150 on sale * pros: excellent soundstage for positional awareness, comfortable ski-band design, multi-platform (pc, ps, xbox depending on model), dual wireless + bluetooth. * cons: battery life is good but not best-in-class (\~38 hours). # 2. hyperx cloud alpha wireless * price: \~$130 * pros: outstanding battery life (up to 300 hours), clear directional audio, strong build, comfortable memory foam padding. * cons: no bluetooth, mostly pc/ps compatible. # 3. logitech g pro x 2 lightspeed (if you found on sale) * price: normally $250, but sales can drop it to $150 \~$170. * pros: fantastic positional sound with dts headphone:x, swappable earpads, low-latency lightspeed dongle. * cons: might stretch your budget unless discounted. # 4. corsair hs80 rgb wireless * price: \~$120 * pros: dolby atmos support, very good mic quality, comfortable floating headband, works on pc and ps5. * cons: battery life is shorter (\~20 hours). # 5. razer blackshark v2 pro (2023 ed) * price: \~$150 * pros: clear positional audio, lightweight, improved mic quality, 70-hour battery life. * cons: sound signature leans toward bass heavy if unadjusted. requirements: * under $150 * wireless/ a dongle not a headphone jack * good positional sounds * noise cancellation (not a MUST) let me break down your requirements real quick wireless will always have some latency even with low latency dongles so if you are aiming for competitive gaming you are already putting yourself at a disadvantage good positional sound usually comes from open back headphones but those do not block outside noise if by noise cancellation you mean active noise cancellation (ANC) it actually hurts positional accuracy because it alters the sound cues and is more useful for airplanes or travel closed back headphones already block some outside noise but not in a way that ruins positional sound for casual gaming you can spend less and still get solid wireless options for competitive gaming wired open back headphones are still the best since they give you a wider soundstage and make it feel like you have wall hacks.
r/BuyItForLife • View on Reddit →I have the Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed, I find the clamp a bit tight, but my head might just be mahoosive, the over ear pads and leatherette cushions get hot and, unless you turn on surround sound - I found the sound stage underwhelming, that said, I'm still using them as I can't be bothered to change. I do quite like the idea of a separate microphone and good headphones that others have mentioned.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →I used steel series Sonar EQ for the Pro X V2 Lightspeed and it worded great. Good sound quality is super crisp can heard people coming from far away in rainbow six. Great speakers for Rainbow. The bad thing is that I can't seem to get the mic to work properly. I'm PC and the mic would either be on or off I would not be able to use the mic on off switch on the bottom of the headset. Later that day the mic wouldn't work at all. (First day I got the headset) I'm kinda bumbed out because the sounds quality with the Sonar EQ was excellent it sounds great. I just bought the steel series nova pro wireless and I'm going to try them out and compare them both. Return what ever I don't like. The SS pros are on sale for 279 and with the code "SHOCK" it goes down to 250! That's $100 bucks off so I jumped on it. I'll compare them once the headset comes in. Bummed that the mic is this difficult to work though. The sounds quality is super crisp with the sonar EQ I would have definitely kept them if it wasn't for the Microphone being wonky
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →Buy it if you want to - dont take that review seriously - headset is great. I got it twice (for me and because its so good for games, movies and music I got another pair for my gf) They sound very good, there is no delay in games, bass its a bit overkill but you can turn it lower in settings. I do not regret buying it at all.
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →if you want the best competitive headphones then look for the Logitech G Pro X Lightspeed 2 or the Razer Blackshark V2/V3 Pro. these are imo the best ones
r/playstation • View on Reddit →I have been using the Logitech pro x wireless or whatever for like 2 years and really like them. My wife really like the arctic stuff but imo the audio sounds shit and she's gone through like 2 pairs because they keep breaking lmao.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →Not long ago I got the Logitech G PRO X2 Lightspeed
r/ArcRaiders • View on Reddit →Maybe these have a better band bracket but my 770 pro x plastic bracket split after 9 or so months. Thankfully I have a 3d printer and printed some solid replacements. This thing is miles above my Logitech g pro headset I replaced. As for the DAC/AMP I don't think you really need one at least it's not a huge difference for me on my 770's and it's kinda an overkill setup (FiiO K11).
r/pcmasterrace • View on Reddit →Logitech G Pro X 2 I get about 3 weeks of battery life despite using them every day for work and gaming. Sound quality is great, has Bluetooth and 2.4ghz support that lets me switch between my home PC and work laptop with one button. Best headset or headphones I've ever owned. Had some highly recommended wired sennheiser headphones before these and these sound better imo with all the added benefits of the built in mic and wireless.
r/pcmasterrace • View on Reddit →Logitech. I owned one for about 2-3 years - the best headset in my life. Extremely comfortable, good sound, and quite durable/reliable. The only downside is that the microphone is just okay. People can hear and understand you without any noise or problems, but nothing more. It just works.
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →Me too. They sound great for music via Bluetooth . Haven't tried gaming yet
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →I've had the x2 for a few weeks now. Dolby for games and sonar for movies. Although I don't know exactly which is best dolby setting for games. It reverts to RPG I think. Without those two apps the sound is not so good. Thanks for your answer.
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →I use the Logitech Pro X Gaming headset. It has worked great for four years.
r/CODWarzone • View on Reddit →Logitech g pro x2 is a bit under your budget and a good headset with microphone
r/Rainbow6 • View on Reddit →I got the Logitech G PRO X 2 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset, and it has been great. I got it on sale for $190 on sale off $260
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →Been using the Logitech pro x for years I'm a huge fan feel like I hear great
r/Rainbow6 • View on Reddit →The soundlock worked when I plugged the headset wired. Enchantments(loudness equalization) worked when I connected by BT/choose nova pro headset in audio outputs instead of sonar virtual. I returned the arctis nova pro last week, bought Logitech g pro x 2 which also returned on the same day, right side didn't work at all from the start :D Now I'm unboxing hd560s and Arya stealth. https://preview.redd.it/7aw98t0e7yjf1.jpeg?width=2304&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4e6c40bbb63526ac4db3c4e4b72f4a91787fb36c
r/steelseries • View on Reddit →I was using Logitech ProX Wireless. I recently switched to Audeze Maxwell and I feel they sound better.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →Goated choice, love those headphones, but mainly good for gaming though, but they are comfortable.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →I've tried the G Pro X 2 Lightspeed and it has garbage sound quality. It sounds like you're playing all the sound through a sheet of plastic and no amount of fine tuning can get rid of that, only make it less prominent. If all you care about is Siege, it's okay, since the sound stage isn't bad. But not even remotely close to being worth 200€. The first version (G Pro X Wireless) for ~100€ has way better sound quality, but the sound stage is worse. I'd much rather recommend the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro. Infinitely better sound quality, better sound stage and it costs less (~170€). Even without ANC and AMP, it's very good. Only problem is that you'll need a separate microphone.
r/Rainbow6 • View on Reddit →I'd stand by these headphones. Picked them up amout a year ago due to the mattery life and sound quality and they're just fantastic
r/ArcRaiders • View on Reddit →G pro x2 is not really garbage it's even better than the arctis nova pro in my opinion but yeah nothing come close to the maxwell in terms of sound quality except 2 or 3 headphones
r/gamingsetups • View on Reddit →I have both the Alienware Pro wireless and the Logitech G Pro X 2 headsets. The Alienware has slightly better sound and noice cancellation. The Logitech is built solidly and sounds good if you use DTS Sound Unbound or Dolby Atmos. I ended up getting the Logitech headset on EBay for about $120 EBay refurbished from the Logitech store and they were brand new. The only advantage of the Alienware headset is louder volume and noise cancellation. I have a Alienware 18 Area 51 and I rotate my mice, keyboard and headset with Alienware and Logitech products. DTS Sound Unbound and Dolby Atmos are really similar and with the Alienware I use Dolby Atmos and with the Logitech DTS Sound Unbound.
r/LogitechG • View on Reddit →Headsets all kind of suck, tbh. But they offer convenience. I have the G Pro X 2 and it's all right. People often bash its mic, but everyone I've spoken to has had zero complaints from it. Maybe it's not streamer-worthy or anything but does the job in-game. And they completely gimped the onboard DTS surround that I loved on my wired G633s, so the sound took me some time to get used to, but it's overall decent. A pretty well-built and comfortable headset, overall, I'd say.
