beyerdynamic makes a couple good models for gamers, the mmx 200 wireless and the mmx 300 pro wired. it's an actual audio brand that isn't about marketing or flashy design or rgb
r/gamers • What gaming headset the best value for money? ->beyerdynamic MMX 300 PRO Gaming... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYSWTLZY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Any "Gaming" headphones that are actually good nowadays? ->Beyerdynamics MMX 300 if you want one with a mic or dt 700/900 if you don't.
r/OverwatchUniversity • Recommended Headset with 300 USD ->I used Dt900 pro x for a long time but got tired of having to use external microphone so I got MMX 300 pro and am very satisfied, the sound is very good and microphone is amazing
r/HeadphoneAdvice • A quality headset (for gaming) that is not "gaming" crap ->Don't go for the cheapest or you will probably buy twice. Save up a bit and go for something midrange :) I have a BeyerDynamics MMX 300
r/VATSIM • Suggestions for some good headsets with boom mics ->I was searching the perfect 3D solution, too and i tryed it all. I end up with Gustard x18, Aune S17 Pro Evo and Hifiman Ananda Nano, optional with Dolby Atmos for headphone but you don´t need to waste so much money. Soundblaster x4 in is currently the best in gaming for 3D audio, Special with the Scoutmode. Sennheiser GSX 1000 2nd Edition driverless very very good. Both setup cheap and good with Beyerdynamics MMX Series Hifiman Ananda Nano was the best i hear for 3D Audio and take a cheap 2nd Hand ADI-2 DAC its the perfect precision on games, i doubt there is a better solution for this price.

If you want a sleek wireless: audeze Maxwell (get the ps5/pc version since the Xbox version has dolby atmos aka more expensive snake oil) If you want a wired sturdy pair with longevity due to many replacement parts available: mmx300/mmx330 If you want the Absolut best sound I'd get a proper audiophile pair of headphones. However keep in mind that this means spending extra money on a dac/Amp. The mmx300 will definitely also greatly benefit of a dac/Amp. Cheers
r/HeadphoneAdvice • What is the BEST gaming headphones/headset for $300? ->What's the price range? The best gaming headset you can get out there imo is the beyerdynamic MMX 300 headset. It's $330 but beyerdynamic is a really good audio company. I own a pair of headphones of theirs and nothing sounds as good. https://a.co/d/fp8NZ2g
r/gamers • Headset - Decission ->And the actually good headphones with a mic category of headphones is extremely small, mmx300 pro,pc 38x,, and audio Technica m50x with a mic are the only options that come to mind
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Looking for a gaming headset, not sure where to start. ->Beyerdynamix mmx 300. You asked for the best. I have arctis pro wireless, dt 770 and some other studio headphones, but mmx 300 has the sound quality with mic. Steelseries is also the most uncomfortable of those
r/buildapc • Best gaming headsets? ->And beyer is currently having their B-stock sale. You can get the MX300 and 330 for $299 right now.
r/headphones • View on Reddit →Yes it is.. i mean in terms of sound. I have ae-9 and mmx300 pro. I love them. Comfort and sound. I have tried Maxwells last year but they were better sound and better sound isolation but software and weight were letting me down. Also max volume comparing to mmx300 pro.. Ae-9 software with profiles clearer and better to navigate.. so sent them back. Now I see these elites and I am again like idiot and my pocket with wallet is itching me :) I actually ordered Elites 10 minutes ago to tried them myself 🙈 Cable on mmx300 or generally on any wired headset is pissing me off.. its getting tangled to armrest of My gaming chair when I want to stand up 🤣 I guess I might try new Fractals too as it us 1/3 of price! Sure also heard about Maxwell 2 stupid rumours. I prefer closed back because of my PC being next to monitor. So here we are thats why I asked about Mmx300 pro vs elites.
r/headphones • View on Reddit →Beyerdynamic -> Best Headset i ever own. https://www.beyerdynamic.de/p/mmx-300-pro
r/BuyFromEU • View on Reddit →MMX 300 Pro with Dekoni Pads is the way to go.great confort, isolation and the sound ist nice for FPS and single player games
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →The discontinued MMX300 2nd gen is basically a DT770 with a detacheable cable and mic. The new MMX300 Pro is basically a DT770 Pro X with a mic.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →I run beyer dynamic mmx300, and a creative labs x5 DAC. I think they are the best gaming headset for the money. The microphone is great also! They say no power required...but if you want them to come to life you gotta have the high gain on. If you want a cheaper DAC, the creative sb6 also has a gain switch and ran them totally fine... I only upgraded because my daughter broke the sb6. I highly suggest going wired for a better experience, you'll pay more for less with wireless. The sb6 DAc and mmx300 headset will set you back around 500.
r/ArenaBreakoutInfinite • View on Reddit →They released the MMX300 Pro, essentially the same. Easily the best headset I've had (mine are the older Gen 2 though)
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →Can't complain. Used many Razer products before and my teammates said the sound got better after swichting.
r/BuyFromEU • View on Reddit →Beyerdynamic MMX 300's are incredible and use drivers from studio grade headphones. Build quality is tank-like. For open back I'd use Sennheiser 38X's.
r/pcmasterrace • View on Reddit →By far the best ones for R6 are the Astro A40 or the Beyerdynamic 300 pro. Those two should be the only ones to consider. :)
r/Rainbow6 • View on Reddit →Had the mmx300 before. Got an mmx200 now cause i wanted to be wireless. Can use it both on pc and deck with the press of a button to switch between bluetooth and dongle. Mic seems great on that one too. Rocked my mmx300 for a few years.
r/SteamDeck • View on Reddit →Fractal Scape (goated for its price to performance plus on sale rn), MMX 300 (or 330) Pro (if on sale), Audeze Maxwell (if you can handle the weight but have amazing sound quality), HyperX Cloud III (or Cloud Alpha X), Volume S (iem on sale rn and meant for smaller ear canals).
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →"Excellent sound and comfort" is something you won't achieve for 100 bucks. Headsets in that price range are mostly all the same quality/sound wise, even if people won't admit it tbh. If you wanna get more out of it, you'd need a sound card/DAC and something like a Beyerdynamic mmx 300 pro.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →There are some really good gaming headphones out there, like Beyerdynamic MMX300 Pro, but most gaming products are bad or mediocre at best. I've had my MMX300 for around 7 years and can definitely recommend them. Stereo headphones are excellent for telling from which direction a sound is coming, much better than stereo speakers. Some may find that simulated surround sound in headphones work well, I'm personally not very convinced but it does work and some like it. There's some software out there that can enable surround sound on any stereo headphone, I believe for example Sonic Studio does that: [https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n81c41dq5sj?hl=en-GB&gl=CA](https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n81c41dq5sj?hl=en-GB&gl=CA) With very few exceptions all of the 7.1 / surround headphones are just stereo headphones with software that simulate surround. You can read about HRTF (Head Related Transfer Function) if you want to learn more about how something like that actually work.
r/headphones • View on Reddit →Hmmmm hard hard to decide... somehow mmx300 pro with ae-9 are less bassy and better to hear footsteps? Comfort wise Elites I wish had slightly bigger and more rounded pads.. mmx300 pro seems to be more comfy. Maybe its clamp force..
r/headphones • View on Reddit →Please stay away from ASTRO (at least their wireless ones, they are garbage, the wired ones are just not really worth the money but at least fine to use). The only gaming branded actually good headsets I know of are from beyerdynamic mmx (f.e. Mmx 300) series and partly steelseries arctis series. Also: an actual headset or headphones? Headsets in general are much less worth the money because of the mic, if it's actually needed fine, but if you have an external mic anyways I really wouldn't get one. Also consider if wired is an option.
r/buildapc • View on Reddit →If you already ate okay with a wired headset then I'd actually recommend the MMX 300 pro. It's basically the DT770 Pro but with a really good microphone built into it. It's probably a cheaper solution than buying headphones and a standalone microphone.
r/pcmasterrace • View on Reddit →Beyerdynamic Mmx300 pro are excellent choice
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →Beyerdynamic MMX 330 Pro would be my top recommendation, I cannot recommend it enough. MMX 300 pro if you *really* need closed back but I would really suggest open back. I've tried a few of Sennheisers best reviewed headsets over the years, including the Game One, the Drop PC38X, the GSP 600, and at least 20 of their headphones. They are fantastic in their own right but I seriously think Beyerdynamic headphones on average sound noticeably better and more neutral.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • View on Reddit →Beyerdynamic MMX series are the best gaming headsets I've tried. Some people think I have a proper studio microphone. And the sound of the headphones punches way beyond its price point. They have no software and work perfectly with Linux. Otherwise I'd recommend some proper headphones and a separate microphone.
r/linux_gaming • View on Reddit →I like my Beyerdynamics MMX 300. Quite expensive but worth it in my mind since these have lasted 7 years only sometimes switching the ear pads. Highly recommend
