We use Nuna products. My husband works out of town about half the time, so honestly it's nice that my Nuna collapses with 1 button, and is extremely light (car seat is 4lbs). Since a lot of time it is just me.

Uppababy Vista plus Nuna Pipa RX and TRVL. I definitely used the TRVL more for the first 4 months or so. It weighs nothing! I also had a C section and didn't have any trouble lifting it. I use the Vista for neighborhood walks and longer outings. It's getting much more use now that baby is sitting up and super alert.

I did not go with Uppababy because my friend had it and it was huge. I am 5' 2" and on the go a lot and wanted luxury but not giant. I initially went with the Cybex Priam but it also felt very large lugging in and out of the car by myself. The way it doesn't technically latch made it awkward to maneuver. We were doing some traveling so I got a Cybex Libelle for the fold but it wasn't great for under 1 because it didn't lay flat for nap, so then we tried the Cybex Coya. We took it on to vacation in Hawaii and I LOVED the fold and look, but the seat doesn't sit fully upright (similar to Bugaboo Butterfly) so my son hated sitting in it. We then bought the Nuna TRVL LX - different than regular TRVL and we love it! It has a one hand fold, decent size basket, nice sturdy bar and lays flat for nap time. I wish I would have purchased this one from the get go for my on the go/trvl stroller since the nuna car seats pop right on it for infants. Given I realized how important size is, if I were to do this all over again... I would have gone with a Nuna Triv OR Cybex Gazelle as my luxury stroller for something with a bassinet and then the TRVL LX for our on the go stroller.

The pipa urbn /Nuna Trvl Lx combo is amazing. I have to walk down a flight of stairs and it works well. I like the Trvl LX because can be used from birth with a near flat recline, super early one hand fold, pretty light, and the wheels and frame are very strong handling not the best streets and sidewalks quite well. While I have a car, there have been times when I needed to take an uber and the urbn was perfect. It just plugs right into the latches. It was so much easier than doing a seat belt install each time. And while it is heavier than our pipa rx, it really wasn't noticeable like I thought it would be. It felt the same with a 23lb baby in it as the RX. And when he was really little it was great.

We went Nuna for pram/bassinet/car seat. No complaints. Definitely not as solid as a silver cross but much lighter and it did everything we needed. Plus we liked the look of the Nuna more. Being able to put the car seat into the pram base was amazing. More important than a pram - get the rocket! It attaches to the pram and gently rocks it. Really helped us in the fest few months.

Uppababy Vista with bassinet. Nuna Pipa Aire. $50 conversion piece to allow you to clip the Nuna seat into UB stroller. Best combo ever. Then if you have a second baby, you just need to grab an additional rumble seat for the UB once they're older. If you need a travel stroller, LOVEEEE the Nuna TRVL.

I travel a lot for work & we walk a lot when home so we went for the Nuna trvl LX (it works from birth to ~5, and folds easily and nicely with one hand) and the pipa urbn seat because it adapts for all vehicles. When he outgrows car seat we'll do the Cosco nxt for travel Edit if helpful: our heights are about same as you two

The Nuna Trvl is a travel stroller and probably the best one there is. Ours is built like a freaking tank. One handed folding/opening amazes everyone when they see it. We don't use the travel case anymore when we gate check it. One month shy of 3 years with it too.

I am so beyond happy that we decided to not bring our doona. It would have been absolutely unusable in Italy. Would have been such a nightmare. We ended up buying a nuna travel stroller off fb marketplace. It was so easy to tow a travel stroller around oppose to our big main stroller. Glad we ended up buying a travel one because now we just store it in our car and it's our errand stroller, so definitely still getting our use! We bought a used higher end car seat that we checked in a bag. It was great to have that installed in our rental car and then bringing the stroller with us was super easy. DM if you have any questions! I'm happy to answer any questions you have 😊

I'm really big on buying the stroller you need for your lifestyle. We ended up with a Trvl and I'm so glad we did. It has an extremely comfortable smooth ride but it's crazy lightweight and maneuverable. We knew we would want to do a lot outdoors and got a Thule urban glide second hand. The Nuna is used so much for all our errands and the jogger is perfect for everything else. I'd ask yourself what are you wanting to do with baby and then go from there

We bought a Numa stroller to go with our car seat, and recently a GB pocket air. We really regret the numa since it was expensive, is massive, and we never use it. Whenever we go places or on neighborhood walks, I always just carry our son in the carrier. The Numa has been used once, so we're trying to sell it. We're hoping to travel more with the little guy this year, so that's what prompted the much cheaper GB pocket purchase. Folds up really small so you don't need to check it on the plane. Will probably be our main stroller if we ever need one when not traveling too.

I went with the cheapest Nuna travel system. It was around $800 for both the infant car seat and stroller combined. I'm hoping it's good enough quality that I can use it for my second. It's honestly super nice... but getting a stroller and car seat that was green guard certified was a top priority for me. I don't want my baby exposed to excess chemicals and flame retardant fumes. I really hated that it was so expensive though.

I personally hated the double stroller. I have two (12 months apart) and I just hate how heavy, wide and hard to get around it is. I had the nuna trvl double and it was hard to get around even in Whole Foods, I couldn't imagine trying to get into a restaurant. I use our single nuna trvl and carrier which I like better. My toddler will walk most of the time, in which I then swap them out.

The things that will make your particular day easier is where to splurge!! Ours were strollers and a bottle washer, and no regrets now three months in! Best money we've ever spent. We got a Bumbleride Indie + bassinet attachment. I've nicknamed it the ATV, the tractor, the tank. We live rural on a farmyard, outside for hours everyday, and I've yet to find terrain it can't handle. Just recently added a Nuna Trvl LX on sale at a store closing clearout for quick shops/restaurants and some trips we have planned...also the best thing! Bottle washer is fantastic as a formula family. It was an unplanned splurge the day after we brought baby home. No regrets at all, but if I had connected the dots that we don't run the dishwasher often enough to do bottles, I would have bought one second hand ahead of time. I spent everyday for months on Facebook tracking down other "splurges" secondhand, so while they're pricey items we spent Walmart money on them. Things like a Stokke high chair, Keekaroo Peanut, Baby Bjorn, Lovevery mat. A friend gave me a great price on their Snoo they were done with. Those sorts of things that are durable and easy to clean can be bought for great prices used!! Anything that continues to hold up well will be passed to yet another family to love at a discount, too :)

We bought a cheap travel car seat for this reason! And we have a Nuna stroller for travel that we gate check along with the travel car seat! We got the stroller used from Facebook Marketplace for $150 and the car seat from Amazon for $130. I wouldn't buy a Doona, first it's banned in canada because it's not up to their safety standards. Second, it's so low, bumpy for the baby, heavy, and doesn't function well as a stroller (no storage, handlebar is low). I hope you have a good trip!

We tested them out at a local baby store. All our friends have the Uppa baby and we tested it but we HATED it. It felt so heavy, we liked the nuna and bugaboo and ultimately chose bugaboo because with dual stroller the bassinet is on top so you can see your newborn, where as nuna (and uppa) put the bassinet on the bottom???

This. We just traveled with the Nuna Pipa and it was easy to carry and check. I couldn't imagine traveling with our rotating car seat. Nope. No thank you. I also hate the idea of waking my baby up when she's napping just to get her in and out of the car. Taking the car seat and popping it in and out of the stroller (we have both the UB Cruz v2 and Nuna Trvl) has been great. We have a Chicco rotating car seat waiting for us to use in a month or 2.

That depends. How heavy is your current stroller and how fast/easy does it fold up? I have the Nuna trvl and it came in clutch during my trip. I didn't think I needed it either but our Nuna Mixx is heavy af and I'm so glad I got the trvl because it would've been annoying to carry another heavy thing around.

So I have a Nuna trvl and an Uppababy Cruz v2. The Nuna Trvl is okay and I do like it, but I LOVE the Cruz v2. I feel like it's sturdier than the Nuna, and handles more of my bs. Lol I bought the UB myself after 3 months, realizing my baby LOVES being outside. I wish I had just got this one from the beginning with the bassinet (or even the Nuna Triv or Mixx Next). But, I think that it's something you don't know until you have the baby and they like what they like. With that said, I bought a Momcozy and a different brand (one of those 3-in-1s) secondhand before I bought the UB. I needed something in a pinch bc my LO just wanted to be outside. Both of those were nice and would have worked, but I hated folded them so I just left them in the garage and hated getting them in and out of the car. They also didn't work with my Nuna Pipa (which I do love). So for me, the UB was worth it. We'll be traveling with the Nuna Trvl next month.

Half the expensive items I got I bought secondhand on fb marketplace. I've also read books that swings outgrow so quickly & aren't good methods to help bb learn to self soothe. I got a baby letto crib on fb $70, nuna car seats with two bases $150, only full price item I got was the nuna trvl stroller. I bought dupes of lovevery gym & dupe of baby bjorn. You got this!! It seems expensive but remember the baby only needs you & diapers :)

We have one, the Nuna Pipa Urban Travel system. We've traveled across the country with it twice. It folds up at gate for gate check, no problem. It comes with the infant car seat. Our 7 month old is 19lbs and 24in tall and fits in it nicely still. The car seat attaches to the stroller to face backwards. It clips into any vehicle, no base needed, can go in an Uber etc. She's sitting well enough now that she can sit forward facing in the stroller, which adjust the back angle from all the way flat to fully upright. So, we don't need the car seat if we don't want to take it out of the car with us. We will use this stroller until she's 5+ or whenever she stops wanting to sit in it. It's durable, packable and idk why anyone overcomplicates their lives by getting multiple strollers.

When I was gear shopping I started at the top brand, and then worked my way down through the used market. So where I am the top brand stroller is Cybex, which is about 2000€-2500€ new. I kept my eye on the used market for Cybex and then researched anything someone would say was comparable. I eventually found a Nuna system used for 750€. All of our bottles, bottle warmer, and my pumps are used. At least 90% of our babies clothes are used as well. I got some great name brand stuff but I've bought it all at a fraction of the price.

I use the Nuna trvl as my travel and every day stroller and I think it does very well . Easy to fold , not so heavy, easy to fit in the car ( won't be accepted in the airplane) but so fas it hasn't been a issue for us ( and we travel a lot ) we just give it at the gate . the wheels are not so big but the suspension is good . So for me it's okay as everyday stroller . The chair doesn't recline a lot but in the first months we used it with the car seat ( nuna pipa ) . The basket side is good . Enough for a diaper bag my bag or some other things. I would say the only thing I hate are the straps . I think I never learn to use them properly or maybe now that my son is 17 months the seem to be short for him . Before I purchased the nuna I ordered two more ; : the yoyo , the ergo metro. I wanted to love the yo-yo but seemed pretty small for a bigger todller The ergo metro seemed cheaper but I think it's a good option

Have the Nuna trvl plus pipa rx car seat as errand stroller and vista as outdoor. Highly recommend both depending on your use case. I don't recommend the combo Nuna trvl plus pipa urbn it comes with because the car seat weight/height maxes out super fast (22 lbs vs 35) especially if your baby grows quickly. Would recommend Nuna trvl stroller plus pipa rx car seat. You have to use the car seat in the trvl stroller until 6months or once her neck if strong

I knew we would want to do a lot with our kid and wasn't sure if I should get one stroller to "do it all" or multiple with specific purposes in mind. We ended up getting two, one small super lightweight and one large jogging stroller and I'm so glad we did. The lightweight Nuna Trvl is perfect for the grocery store, coffee shop, mall etc and our jogger (Thule urban glide) is amazing for all our outdoor trips, walks in the park, etc. Instead of having one middle ground, I'm so glad we have two very different options that work for our specific wants. Also we got both on sale so it worked out. The urban glide 2 we got at an REI garage sale for only $280!

I started my stroller journey by buying a highly recommended stroller and hating it... and ended up with multiple ones, which turned into testing over 100 models and reviewing them :) That said: NOT LOVING: Uppababy Vista - rides smooth, but too big and bulky Mockingbird - awful, scary with recalls, doesn't drive smoothly as all Cybex Orfeo - too flimsy Cybex Coya - where do I even begin with this bad fold GB Pockit - not worth your fingers Ergobaby Metro - too heavy for a travel stroller and unfold feels meh SummerInfant 3d quickclose - too good to be true, super flimsy Nuna TRVL - too short seat, too big to take into the cabin and too expensive for what it is Uppababy Minu - too big for a travel stroller model, weird bumper bar and flimsy canopy LOVING: Cybex Priam - amazing, especially the e-version. If I were to get a one full-size stroller this would be my top choice Stokke Yoyo3 - most well-known and guaranteed on board Joolz Aer - smooth ride, great accessories Joolz Hub2 - solid mid-size option Cybex Gazelle - good for 2 under 2 Bombi - good mid-size option Bugaboo Butterfly 2 - didn't like the first version, but these upgrades made it better Mamazing - good budget option Zoe Traveler - amazing canopy and solid stroller Inglesina Quid - cute solid compact stroller

Good points! Nordstrom anniversary sale last year had the trvl/urbn combo for $699 and Pipa rx for 335. And the trvl has gone on sale for 350 from what I've seen, seems like there was a significant price increase this year :( I didn't like that the urbn couldn't use a car seat base and had to be clicked into the brackets in the car instead of using the seatbelt. It's fine if you leave the car seat permanently in the car but not the easiest to transfer the car seat directly into the stroller. I find the Pipa rx super easy to click into the base (but would need to use the seatbelt without base). This made the rx easier to use when transferring her for naps. The biggest reasons I went with the trvl stroller was how easy it is to push one handed and you can put it in the overhead bin in planes but I found some gate attendants make you gate check...it's about 1.5" too big. Question-what made you pick the RAVA over the exec?

The Nuna Trvl Double completely collapsed into itself late last year when my son-in-law was pushing my grandbabies (19 mnths and 6 months), they both fell face first onto the pavement (cuts & bruises on their faces and arms), fortunately a bunch of people stopped to help. Needless to say, hard no on the Nuna, and they have the Nuna single trvl which they love and still use. They replaced it with the Vista double side-by-side and have had zero problems, super sturdy and nice smooth ride, and they use it every day. Also narrow enough to pass through city doorways.

The best advice I got when stroller and car seat shopping is this ... for a stroller or car seat to hit the market it has to have gone through numerous inspections and safety ratings. No stroller you buy is going to be unsafe- regardless of price. This helped my decision paralysis! We ended up with the Uppababy Cruz as our main and Nuna TRVL as our travel stroller. I truly love both. A lot of Moms in my community use the BOB stroller and that sounds like it might fit what you are looking for as it's very outdoor friendly. Big wheels, which I imagine would be helpful in snow. Prepping for number 2 now and having to remember to take my own advice when shopping for a double stroller later this summer.

To be frank I think your list is a bit hard to achieve with one stroller. I personally have a cybex gazelle which I love because it can turn into a double and the storage basket is huge. My travel stroller is ergobaby metro and I love it for travel bc it's cabin approved and the full recline is useful for naps on the go. However if 1 handed fold is important to you, the Nuna TRVL can be a great option for you. If you buy the Nuna car seat it fits in the stroller, it's a travel stroller (but not sure if cabin approved). I have not personally seen many travel systems sell for less than 800 besides I think graco, evenflo and chicco but I'm not familiar with any of these that would fit your description precisely. The Nuna unfortunately doesn't have a large basket. Large baskets I've only seen on large strollers like my gazelle or UB vista (the Cruz has a decent basket too). If you want the Nuna system for roughly 800 you can probably get a used stroller from marketplace and wait for the PIPA to go on sale. We have a PIPA for our son and really like it. Nuna strollers don't work with car seats besides Nuna unfortunately.

There was a nail sticking out of one of them last week after a walk through a construction area and I just pulled it out and didn't impact it at all
