I'm a year into mine and loving it. It's a bit cumbersome to carry but I wouldn't say it's heavy either. I never take my seat off. Edited to add. We take ours in and out of the car and in and out of the house regularly (sometimes daily). I couldn't justify two strollers.
r/BabyBumpsCanada • Lighweight stroller for a newborn[on] ->I love my cybex gazelle!!! We don't have the e gazelle, just the regular one and it's great! It is quite bulky to be taking everywhere so I think a lot of people just maybe get travel strollers but honestly I LOVE how easily it glides everywhere. I've tried my friends' travel strollers and it just doesn't glide as easily in all directions idk just my opinion. I can even just use one hand while steering it (important for walks while I have my coffee with me). The undoing and putting it away can be cumbersome but I honestly think the cybex gazelle is super easy to undo and put away. It is on the heavier side but again- not a big deal. It's pretty sturdy cuz sometimes I just toss it in the trunk. We even take it traveling with us domestically. My husband just has to take off the wheel (super easy to do) so it fits into a stroller bag we have. Lots of storage under which is a plus!! Can't comment on the others but I know my friend who had the uppababy vista starting out switched to a lighter travel one quickly. I think it's personal preference. I also had the cloud G lux and that one was a little hard to snap onto the stroller. When you can't align it properly right away while holding the car seat and baby in it definitely got frustrating sometimes lol 🫠so I didn't use that option too much- just ended up using the bassinet the most and the upright seat when baby got bigger
r/baby • Help me decide on a stroller please ->yep, I just put our Cybex Gazelle into storage until #2 comes along
r/Buyingforbaby • Travel Stroller - Analysis Paralysis ->💯 agree... Love my Gazelle
r/Buyingforbaby • Can anyone explain the Uppababy Vista supremacy? ->Tandem for the win (I have the gazelle and it is the workhorse). Side by side doesn't really work in an urban city. It is more like a FU to pedestrians on the sidewalk as you literally block it. I also have a Thule chariot and veer which takes up as much space as a side by side. Maybe the wagon XL is a tiny bit more narrower. It is unwieldy to navigate and good luck if you go to small shops because you can't navigate through the aisles.
r/parentsofmultiples • Has anyone bought a tandem stroller but later regretted not getting a side-by-side instead? ->I have the Cybex Gazelle S with the Cybex Cloud G infant car seat and really love it. It's fine for everyday and road trips (when we take my husband's truck, otherwise it would take up too much room in my medium SUV). It would be terrible to fly with though (and I assume I'd have to check it).
r/NewParents • What kind of/how many strollers do people have? ->Love my Cybex Gazelle S stroller and Dagne Dover Indi Large Backpack! Regret everything else expensive lol.
r/BabyBumps • What were your splurge expenses you're happy with? ->It's 100% not worth it as a double stroller. It's so awkward to have a big child at the top and your newborn at the bottom. I went with the Cybex Gazelle for this reason.
r/UninfluencedReviews • Is the UppaBaby Vista Stroller worth it? ->If you will be traveling frequently in cabs or other people's cars, the Shyft is what you want. I live in NYC and I can't tell you how many times I drooled over Doonas and Shyfts while out and about. They are just so convenient. If you won't be in that position, get the Gazelle. It is a dream of a stroller. It's a workhorse but it feels weightless to handle, and it has some of the most versatile configuration options out there. And it has so many pretty colorways - not a reason to buy it, but a really nice bonus!
r/NewParents • Our first baby is due early 2026. Which of the following shortlisted strollers should we go for? ->I love the gazelle! But I feel like it depends on where you live. Here in Amsterdam all doors and halls are narrow so a side by side is not really an option. Also our house is very small, so we needed one that we could fold when not used.
r/parentsofmultiples • Strollers ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS

Test drives. I was set on an uppababy vista due to research then I tried the Cybex gazelle in a store and it was all over from there. Comparing the two made it no comparison.
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Moms, what attracted you to buy that stroller? ->I have the cybex gazelle and that stroller can handle everything! It's a tank and we love it.
r/NewParents • Who else has 2 or more strollers and one kid? Are my stroller choices justified? ->+1 on Cybex Gazelle
r/parentsofmultiples • Best Stroller for Twins ->Are you sure about the Guava Roam? There are other strollers that have seats that lay flat so you can use them from birth (Nuna sells one), and also that you can flip the seat so the child faces you. Those strollers have removable seats so usually you can pop the car seat right in there. We went with a Cybex Gazelle (seat doesn't lay flat, so we got the bassinet, but it has super flexible arrangements, and we want a second baby pretty soon), and we LOVE IT. But, if you're stuck on the Guava Roam, it has optional car seat adapters that are available for purchase. Have you considered doing that? If I lived somewhere cold and snowy, I think I would do a bucket infant car seat that snaps into a base in your car, and a stroller that it can also snap into.
r/Buyingforbaby • View on Reddit →I first narrowed it down by deciding I wanted a travel system. Had to fit in my vehicle so that narrowed things a bit. Also decided I wanted a stroller that can be a double in the future. That really narrowed things down. We went to West Coast Kids and they showed us the options. Thought about it, researched, and went back another day to purchase. We got the Cybex Gazelle stroller and Aton 2 car seat.
r/BabyBumpsCanada • View on Reddit →We just found the Cybex Gazelle on marketplace as well! We decided on it over the UppaBaby system because both seats have the same weight limit, and you can have the 6m+seats facing each other!
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →We have a Gazelle and used maxi cosi car seats with adapters. No complaints! Now the kids are in he toddler seats and it's great. Super easy in and out, folds down easily. We got ours used and it is still going strong.
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →I have the Cybex Gazelle and LOVE it although we only have a 12 week old right now. We have the Cloud G car seat which might be what your friend has bc it can recline in the stroller (you can also get a bassinet attachment but this negates the 2 hour rule) but don't need to with the car seat. I haven't used the actual seat with it, but I really like the way you can do multiple configurations. I find it really easy to fold up and throw in my trunk. It also feels really nice and sturdy. I almost got the Mockingbird but it felt flimsy to me. The Gazelle is like the Mockingbirds more sophisticated sister. That being said, I wouldn't really call it a travel stroller. It's big and sometimes I accidentally bump into things or have a little trouble navigating around like clothes racks. And it's not cheap. But those are the only issues I have with it.
r/Buyingforbaby • View on Reddit →I looked at it but ultimately chose the Cybex Gazelle instead. Both seats have the same weight limit vs the vista where the rumble seat has a lower weight limit, and the Gazelle seemed to have slightly more room between the seats. I know someone who had the vista and got rid of it because her older child always kicked the younger one in the head. I tested both in person and also preferred the gazelle. I watched a YouTube review that helped me decide, i believe it was this one (it was definitely this lady but she has a few videos on the two strollers): https://youtu.be/c1QOXekbhqI?si=3U46O8s72uGK_nVP
r/UninfluencedReviews • View on Reddit →Here to plug the cybex gazelle! So many configurations and needs fewer adaptors down the line than the uppababy. Comes with a shopping basket too.
r/BabyBumpsCanada • View on Reddit →To be frank I think your list is a bit hard to achieve with one stroller. I personally have a cybex gazelle which I love because it can turn into a double and the storage basket is huge. My travel stroller is ergobaby metro and I love it for travel bc it's cabin approved and the full recline is useful for naps on the go. However if 1 handed fold is important to you, the Nuna TRVL can be a great option for you. If you buy the Nuna car seat it fits in the stroller, it's a travel stroller (but not sure if cabin approved). I have not personally seen many travel systems sell for less than 800 besides I think graco, evenflo and chicco but I'm not familiar with any of these that would fit your description precisely. The Nuna unfortunately doesn't have a large basket. Large baskets I've only seen on large strollers like my gazelle or UB vista (the Cruz has a decent basket too). If you want the Nuna system for roughly 800 you can probably get a used stroller from marketplace and wait for the PIPA to go on sale. We have a PIPA for our son and really like it. Nuna strollers don't work with car seats besides Nuna unfortunately.
r/BabyBumpsCanada • View on Reddit →I have the Gazelle S for our twins. I love that you can switch the directions of the seats. Now, that they're toddlers, they entertain each other when they face each other and I can fully recline them. We thought about the Vista and Nuna before getting this one and we're happy with our choice.
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →We love our Cybex e gazelle but it's v heavy, wouldn't want to be taking it in and out of the car every day. It's also huge so hard to fit in some small shops and cafes round here. Our friends have the bugaboo and really like it. We also have a joolz aer for quick appointments/holidays and it's amazing, so light. If it wasn't for the lack of storage space, we'd probably use this as our full time pram.
r/HENRYUKLifestyle • View on Reddit →I got this stroller/carseat combo too! It seemed like the best configuration when thinking about baby #2!
r/BabyBumps • View on Reddit →I bought a cybex gazelle second hand. We did a mamas and papas trial with all the doubles just to try out how they handled - I initially wanted a donkey but after trying them all found it too heavy and annoying to put down - we went with the gazelle for manoeuvrability and how easy/small it is to put down.
r/2under2 • View on Reddit →I have CYBEX e gazelle with 2 nuna car seats and an extra toddler seat. All was about 2400. So expensive, I choked. But it's super smooth and it has a motor that helps you push. That's helpful to us because we have twins and they can get pretty heavy. It's been an investment for our backs. Nuna car seats because they're light in weight, also to save our backs.
r/beyondthebump • View on Reddit →I spent about 30 minutes doing laps with it around the store. I was using the assist feature pretty much the whole time. In that time I lost 1 battery bar. I was trying to get it to lose 2 battery bars (4 total), but I gave up since it was taking a long time. I feel like the battery life is really good even if you're having the stroller do all the work all the time. Maneuverability seemed similar to any other large stroller. It's not a nimble stroller to begin with, but I had no issues making tight turns down aisles that are effectively just a little wider than the stroller itself. The weight of large strollers in general is on the high side, and this one weighs 4lbs more than its non-electric variant. So 28lbs to 32lbs basically. Since you're only really dealing with the weight when lifting it, not a huge concern. It's a $200 price difference between electric and non-electric with 4lbs of added weight. If you think you'd use the electric feature, then it seems worth it. I can see it being very useful both going up and down hills. The downhill assist is just a backwards action on the throttle/lever instead of a forward action, and it adds resistance to the wheels to help keep it from rolling away and pulling you down the hill. The wheels are decently sized, as you'd expect with a full sized stroller capable of adding a second seat, which allow it to handle off-road type terrain fairly easily. The electric assist has a slow start so it doesn't just take off as soon as you push forward to have it help. It took a little getting used to the lag between pushing the lever and having it take over, but I feel like it's the right decision for how this should behave. I was told there may be a video for this test later today or tomorrow, not a review video, just a "people saw me pushing the stroller and decided to add Jellycat to it every few laps and record me" kind of video.
r/Parenting • View on Reddit →I started my stroller journey by buying a highly recommended stroller and hating it... and ended up with multiple ones, which turned into testing over 100 models and reviewing them :) That said: NOT LOVING: Uppababy Vista - rides smooth, but too big and bulky Mockingbird - awful, scary with recalls, doesn't drive smoothly as all Cybex Orfeo - too flimsy Cybex Coya - where do I even begin with this bad fold GB Pockit - not worth your fingers Ergobaby Metro - too heavy for a travel stroller and unfold feels meh SummerInfant 3d quickclose - too good to be true, super flimsy Nuna TRVL - too short seat, too big to take into the cabin and too expensive for what it is Uppababy Minu - too big for a travel stroller model, weird bumper bar and flimsy canopy LOVING: Cybex Priam - amazing, especially the e-version. If I were to get a one full-size stroller this would be my top choice Stokke Yoyo3 - most well-known and guaranteed on board Joolz Aer - smooth ride, great accessories Joolz Hub2 - solid mid-size option Cybex Gazelle - good for 2 under 2 Bombi - good mid-size option Bugaboo Butterfly 2 - didn't like the first version, but these upgrades made it better Mamazing - good budget option Zoe Traveler - amazing canopy and solid stroller Inglesina Quid - cute solid compact stroller
r/BabyBumps • View on Reddit →Agree - options are key. We have three and they all get used really frequently. All except one we got used or free. The Cybex Gazelle (one up one down) as our narrow / light everyday stroller, a double jogging stroller for longer walks w the dogs, and a Maclaren umbrella stroller for travel / airport trips. They all have been so useful in various ways!
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →I haven't actually used it as a double yet so you can take this with a pinch of salt lol but I'm due February and my second just turned 1 in October. I got the cybex gazelle s just after her birthday and I'm impressed with it so far, I have really narrow doors that my single barely fit through so side by side was absolutely out of the question. It fits better than the single did haha, it feels so much more manoeuvrable and light and it folds a lot better, the footmuff is like a proper little sleeping bag and it looks so cosy, and the car seat adapters are universal so the one I got fits on them which is a huge plus, I've gone for an Avionaut cosmo. I was also looking for one that goes single or double so I'm not having to buy something else in a year or so again. I got the standard "single" version with just the seat and carrycot for now and I'm planning on getting a second seat unit closer to when I need it, mostly for storage purposes though tbh, we need a bigger house 😂
r/UKParenting • View on Reddit →We're really liking our Cybex Gazelle. One of the selling points was that both seats have the same weight limit.
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →Congratulations! I'm going through the same decisions as you after many weeks of research, and have just had some success on the stroller and car seat front! Nuna/Cybex were our frontrunners and we liked the elegance of the Silver Cross. We eliminated Uppababy early on for a multitude of reasons. Hopefully this saves you some time: Upon researching car seats, you'll see that the Clek Liing is the most thoroughly safety-tested seat on the market. It's handsome and made in Canada too. However, the price makes it prohibitive for some, and it requires adapters for most strollers. After numerous visits to Snuggle Bugz and West Coast Kids, we learned that the Cybex infant car seats have the same safety rating as the Clek. The Gazelle stroller is very thoughtfully designed and felt sturdier and more equipped for "real life" than the Nuna Mixx. It holds more weight underneath and comes with extra features that other companies sell separately, such as a cup holder and shopping basket. I also appreciate that it stays wheels-down when folded so that you don't end up with slush and salt on the handle and your clothes when loading it into the car through the winter. The car seat clicks in and out as easily as the Nuna ones (which are amazingly simple) so we felt the advantages of the Nuna were all present with the Cybex and then some. Snuggle Bugz had a bundle promo for stroller and car seat, so with the discount, our choice was obvious. Note: the Nuna stroller handle is the best of all - it has no knob or button in the middle which was a huge advantage for both comfort and ease of folding I've heard from many parents that infant car seats get totally filthy, so if you decide to pick one for style, friendly reminder that you're only getting 6 months of use and the "look" may not hold up. You're better off picking a stroller style you like and spending more money on that. Good luck!
r/BabyBumpsCanada • View on Reddit →We have the Cybex and it's great. We bought the double and I almost wish we would have bought the single (we thought we might as well buy the larger in case we have more kids). The double is a bit heavy. We also put the travel stroller on our registry and we LOVE it! It's so easy to use with the car seat and it's light. We kind of wish we would have went with a Cybex that has a cheaper bassinet/cot so we could have gotten that with it. I have a friend who went with one of their other versions and she loves it a year later.
r/NewParents • View on Reddit →I second Cybex. We got the Gazelle S initially and then added an Orfeo travel pram. We've been super happy with them both. We did our research, looked at reviews and then went to the baby shop and test drove a bunch of different ones around the store. I can't imagine buying more than 2 prams.
r/daddit • View on Reddit →I have a Cybex Gazelle as my full size stroller and a Joolz Aer as my travel stroller. I love both because of the sturdiness, suspension, and still going strong years later with baby number two.
r/nycparents • View on Reddit →Agree also ^^ our Cybex Gazelle was incredible for the first year. The clip on bassinets were also amazing for walks when they were so tiny. For a while they could even share one bassinet on our walks. I thought I would hate not having them side by side but actually some separation is really nice.
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →I'm a year into mine and loving it. It's a bit cumbersome to carry but I wouldn't say it's heavy either. I never take my seat off. Edited to add. We take ours in and out of the car and in and out of the house regularly (sometimes daily). I couldn't justify two strollers.

r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →Third vote for Cybex Gazelle but really any Cybex. Amazing handling, super smooth, it is made with European streets in mind which makes it perfect for city living. It is more narrow than a Vista. I have the Aton S2 seat which has amazing safety features but the Cloud G is even better, it just wasn't on the market when I had my first. Highly recommend Cybex strollers for city living.
r/BabyBumpsCanada • View on Reddit →I have a Cybex Gazelle and absolutely love it. It has built in adapters so that you can add another seat when you have your second baby and the weight capacity is the same for the top or bottom seat. The suspension is great, the basket is large, easy to fold and store in the trunk of my SUV, has adapters for the Nuna Pipa car seat, also has a bassinet attachment. I have pushed it with my toddler and infant easily. When we don't feel like using the second rumble seat, my toddler just hops in the basket at the bottom and relaxes comfortably. The shopping basket is also handy. I got the Joolz Aer as a travel stroller and also love it.
r/nycparents • View on Reddit →The side by side are much easier to maneuver. Also, with the Gazelle, one of the babies is incredibly low to the ground, it made us uncomfortable to imagine them being so close to sidewalk, also, you cannot see them well
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →I have the e-gazelle and it has been so worth it. my twins are heavy and the e feature of the stroller really helps getting us up hills. Also the rocking feature is a lifesaver when I am out with the twins alone. I could have a conversation with someone at a counter and the rocking keeps my little guys quiet for a few minutes. It is pricey and the grandparents helped offset the cost. I would try to go that option if you can do a pooled gift.
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →We absolutely love the Cybex gazelle. Ended up buying the Cybex Callisto car seat (also love) for our post-infant seat car seat because we trust the Cybex brand so much! We are also going to have 2 under 2 and love that the second adapters are built in and that we can still use the undercarriage even with the two seats. 10/10 recommend.
r/NewParents • View on Reddit →I HIGHLY recommend the Cybex travel system. The Balios is a bit more affordable which I love. And they don't require the adapters like most of them do, even Nuna. They are also compatible with a bassinet which is not an expensive add on.
r/BabyBumps • View on Reddit →The CYBEX gazelle does, you can get used one off of marketplace. Also check out the parents of multiples facebook in your area, people will discount or give away.
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →We have a Cybex Gazelle because we know we want a second!! I did a lot of research comparing strollers and I feel that Cybex Gazelle is the best single-to-double for our needs. We also bought a Nuna Tavo for travel from Facebook Marketplace for $150, which his car seat can snap into, and we take it to the airport with us and gate check it. We're not super concerned about it because it was used, but it's a great stroller!
r/NewParents • View on Reddit →We have a Cybex e-tron and the power assist makes a huge difference if you are frequently walking up hills.
r/AskSF • View on Reddit →Love my Cybex Gazelle S stroller and Dagne Dover Indi Large Backpack! Regret everything else expensive lol.
r/BabyBumps • View on Reddit →I have the cybex gazelle s but there is a new egazelle which helps with up and down hill but the max weight is 22kg/48lb. Almost in the same problem my 2 1/2 year old is 40 inches and 40 lbs
r/bigbabiesandkids • View on Reddit →We've got the gazelle and it's great but also have nothing to compare it to!
r/parentsofmultiples • View on Reddit →No regrets in our tandem. Loved having the options of bassinets or car seats in the beginning. The toddler seats on that one at least lay flat, so that was awesome. It went on multiple flights with us, Disney a few times, countless zoos, walks, and just general errands. It was easy to maneuver and I never had to worry about width. Only occasionally would its length need some extra attention in tight places. Never had concerned about one being on top or bottom. We just rotated and eventually let them pick where they sat. Hardly ever any fights over it. When our girls were 1, we did get two cheap umbrella strollers for the occasional use when we didn't need a big one. If we each took one kid on our own errands for instance. Or to some sporting events when we wanted the ease of folding them down. Eventually we felt we outgrew the tandem and did get a double umbrella stroller, also Uppababy. Luckily this one is super narrow so never had any door frame worries there. I'm glad we stuck with our gut to get the tandem stroller, I'm sure I would have been annoyed a the cumbersome nature that a big side by side stroller appears to be.
