Levoit - Core 600S

To be honest I haven't gotten them Yet. They are for my parents and were supposed to be delivered today but were delayed until Thursday. I have a Winix 5500-2 in my home and love it. I also have a Levoit in my bedroom that does a great job despite the reviews.

I've used Levoit multiple times for a more economical version, but I love my IQAir GC MultiGas XE (I have MCS) if you can afford it.

# Go with this Levoit Core 600S . This thing eats pet hair. The cylindrical design sucks in fur like a vacuum, and the HEPA filter traps even microscopic dander. My allergist actually noticed my symptoms improved after I got it.

I think this gets overstated. The Core series pre-filter just comes with the filter. It's not much harder to vacuum those than the separate ones in the flat panel units. I say this an owner of Cores, Vitals and an EverestAir.

Yeah, as others are pointing out the pandemic is far from over. Air purifiers are a great idea. We have them in every room of the house. Get them to cover double the sq ft than the room you'll use it in so that you can get the same coverage on lower settings. The Levoit Core series is good, has a small footprint and is pretty affordable. I've sent these to family. Shout out for the [Air Fanta 3Pro](https://air-fanta.com/collections/all) because it folds down and is portable for travel. [Clean Air Kits](https://www.cleanairkits.com/collections/shop-all) are also awesome. I just got the [Exhalaron](https://www.cleanairkits.com/products/exhalaron) to use for doctors appointments etc.

Used it all night. Small room but still i couldn't see any difference in the air quality. Even doors were shut so no outside pollution too.

I have bought 2 levoits and have been nothing but disappointed. They run good for a few days then on both my units, the motor starts getting a bit noisy, to the point I can't use it while in the room with it. If you insist on getting it I'd at-least get it on Amazon for easy returns.

I have a Levoit Core series unit in each room. I can tell the difference when I run it- even visually, when the sun shines in the room I no longer see all the stuff in the air. They are reasonably priced, filters are easy to change, and have a nuce design.

I have recently purchased a Levoit core. Although it is early days, maybe a week or so, the air feels cleaner in the room it is in. I may in the future, purchase one more. I will be purchasing the same brand. No complaints so far.

Levoits in my home as well, absolutely love them. They also have an ESP32 chip so... future me may have to make them local if and when the Vesync app ever goes away. I like that.

My Levoits have lasted for years and work well

Hindi. Mga around 200 pesos per month yung na-add sa bill namin. 24/7 naka on, mga 1-2 hours lang kung patayin and naka high mode palagi.

I have 2 Wyze Hepa Filters. Find them very good. They display the air quality too so you can see what they're doing! I have tried levoit. They were ok but don't live long. I think the important thing is to have an air quality monitor or the filter should display air quality

Used qubo levoit and both were trash. Now I ordered Eureka Forbes. Let's see how that performs

I have two Levoit a core 600s and an EverestAir and they both do an excellent job, I've tested them with different sensor and they do clean the air perfectly

Another vote for LEVOIT.

I have some Vesync purifiers. I rarely notice a difference in day to day air quality but ever since I moved to the PNW I have one or two weeks out of the year that's pure allergy hell. I think maybe the purifiers help a little but it's usually so bad I'm willing to throw just about any solution towards the problem even if it doesn't actually work . I wish it wasn't cloud based software but it works well enough for me. Many non-smart purifiers have annoying digital controllers (I used to have ones that look like giant iPod shuffles) that I can't just slap a smart plug on to automate and I don't want to go so far as to setup ESP controllers to hack them

I think it's best to purchase both an air purifier and dehumidifier for that area where there is mold. Hopefully that will work for you. I have levoit air purifier for the bedrooms. And we had the mold experts provide us with heavy duty dehumidifiers. (No longer needed, hunting a regular one now)

We have a 2500 sq ft home so we have several air purifiers. I went off wirecutter's list and got Coway Airmega for the rooms with higher ceilings and Levoit for the kid rooms and office (where the litter box is). We have had them for a year and I'm happy with them. They've significantly cut down on daycare illness transmission within our household. Instead of all 4 of us getting sick it's 1 kid and sometimes 1 parent per illness.

I got a Coway Airmega because it was highly reviewed on the Wirecutter website after my previous Levoit broke after only a couple years and wasn't fixable (circuit board inside was fried).

How is a levoit only better for hair and dander? Hepa is hepa and vital series should be just as effective as the others. Core series is inferior.

There isn't anything wrong with Levoit. Lots of people use them without any issue. I am one of those people. Great machine, really makes a difference to the air quality.

I've had 2 Levoit air purifiers and recently bought the new Shark Ninja one that doesn't require filters. They are all awesome at helping me breathe and keeps the dust and cat hair under control.

I have a few Levoit the same size as this one. I don't really care for them compared to the Winix and Blue Air ones I have.

If your home was next to other homes that burned down, then first have to access smoke damage inside. Whether it's serious enough having to tear out drywall and carpet (if have it). Or if repainting all walls will do it. Otherwise, have to deep clean the house. My dad's house was a block away from where the fire stop in November's Mountain fire. No structural or visible smoke damage inside, but the whole house smelled like a post camp fire. Me and my brother spent two full days deep cleaning. Washed all the windows and screens. Washed all bedding and clothes. Cleaned all the base boards. Washed couch cushions covers. Vacuumed the carpet and drapes multiple times. After still had a faint smell of smoke left. I bought two LEVOIT air purifiers on Amazon and were delivered even with his neighborhood having a police checkpoint. Couple days later the smell was gone. Most of the result was from deep cleaning the house though

Yup we have several, one in our living room, one downstairs, and one in our bedroom. The Winix brand is good and sometimes Costco has them on sale. In our bedroom we have a smaller Levoit. It helps keep the air fresh, helps manage cat hair and dust, and of course is nice when it's smoky out 🥲

I got the levoit 600s and it takes care of my entire 650 sq ft apartment! Very powerful

You don't need "true" HEPA, it's not necessary for home pollution. I have 3 levoits and have personally CADR-tested them, they clean the air just fine. The problem is more towards arguably less than ethical marketing if they claim H13 but in reality it's not, but the products are ok.

My experience is that levoit units seem good at first but quickly start making strange high pitched noises or rattling sounds. I've tried a few different ones. I tried working with their support a few times and even had replacement units sent. Same issue started again within a couple months. They aren't that great and I wouldn't recommend them. I got a rabbit air which was costly but actually works and traps a ton of dust.

I just bought a Levoit a few weeks ago and so far I freaking love it! Even on the highest setting it's quieter than a regular box fan. It's actually a quite soothing sound and so far I can tell it's made a big difference in my overall air quality.

Highly recommend Levoit! I have 2 large dogs in a 44sqm condo. When my parents would visit, they usually complain na amoy aso yung condo. Now they say wala na amoy. We have the bigger one. Helps with the fur also na palipad lipad lang.

I personally hate the sound of Levoit devices and the cheap build quality.

I have 2 air doctors and a levoit and don't notice any difference between them. If money was no option I'd probably gonwoth Austin Air or Jaspr. If budget then Levoit or Winix from Costco. Or Costco also has a Shark with a 5 year filter.

Look at the cost of replacement filters. I have a levoit air purifier and I find filters expensive

Yes, can attest maganda levoit brand and mura. Sa shopee ako bumili, may official store sila and naka discount ng 1.2k. More than 2 months na namin gamit and grabe din yung nakukuha nyang dust sa kwarto, super dami na in 2 weeks.
