Ninja - Flip Toaster 6-in-1 Digital Air Fry Oven

Air fryer, hands down. For $180ish (if that's your budget) the Ninja Flip is an air fryer, countertop oven, toaster, dehydrator, and more.

Get an air fryer toaster oven. I have a ninja foodi flip (can't remember the exact name) but it's big enough to bake a whole frozen pizza, lasagna, brownies, etc. I don't use my oven anymore bc I use this!

The Ninja flip is an amazing oven. The flip feature saves so much space. Look for the model with most features/settings. We got ours at Costco a couple years ago.

Honestly if you are comparing between a toaster oven and an air fryer I would get w/e is cheaper and takes up less space. I would maybe look into one of those ninja foodi 6-1 (or w/e brand is available) were you can also saute and slow cook so you have more breadth. In the grand scheme of things they are gonna cook things more or less the same when it comes to the baking/broil/air fry

I bought a toaster oven (specifically the Ninja- if you have a Costco near you, they often go on sale) with an air fryer function. More expensive than an air fryer, but I'm also not a fan of one-use appliances. And yes, stuff cooked on air fryer mode ends up crispier. I would caution that if you are celiac or in any way sensitive to cc, air fryer needs to be gluten free ONLY

My parents have the flip ninja one and it's alright. Needs to be a tad taller but not like their huge model.

I'm vegetarian and have 2 ovens but they take forever to heat up. I use my Foodi flip air fryer ALL THE TIME instead of my oven. Sometimes I have to cook things in batches but it still seems more efficient and doesn't heat up the whole house.

Did chicken wings in ours. Love it. We got it for the flip feature but never use it.

Yeah we got it because we have no counter space and needed an appliance that can do multiple things. It's awesome. We use it daily, too. It's especially great for quick lunches.

It's a Ninja and I love mine

Honestly haven't explored too many cooking modes yet but it's a neat trick how the thing flips outta the way if you're tight on counter space, the control panel is surprisingly intuitive, gotta like smart touches like the interior light coming on at the end of cycle or being controllable manually.

I have a ninja that is a do it all oven. Has air fryer settings. I've been making wings in it recently and they've come out great

My only gripe with the Ninja Foodie we have (the one that flips up) is something dripped onto the lower heating elements and it is impossible to clean.

I have 2 instead. I have the cosori basket 6 qt and the ninja foodie (toaster oven style) and both are amazing.

we have the ninja flip. It is my first air fryer so I have no other comparison, but its 100% stainless steel and shaped like a toaster oven. WE LOVE IT.

I have the breville smart oven and I concur. It's a great second oven especially during the holidays or summer heat (I keep it in our attached garage) but every time I "air fry" something I always think this cannot be it. Then I purchased a ninja flip air fryer/oven for our place Up north and that was much better but still have the same thought it cannot be true. Now I'm considering the Ninja Crisp for the house. What do you think of that model?

I read point 2 and love my toaster ninja xl airfryer oven and than my basket style because of it's versatility.

Oh it's definitely the most intuitive air fryer I have ever had, the only downside to me is how hard it is to clean since my model can't remove the bottom panel like some can

Just be cautious of how high or low your cabinets are . Mine were too low for the flip

We make fries, hot wings, frozen snacks, baked chicken dishes, toast, pizza, I've even made pies, cookies, brownies, and cakes in ours. It's almost 3 years old and still going strong. It heats up in a minute and shuts off when the time is up, a safety concern after my roomie put a frozen pizza in the oven then fell asleep, he woke up to the smoke alarm and a charcoal pizza. Our regular oven gets used twice a year when we have roasts that won't fit in the Ninja.

Not any good as an air fryer. Basket air fryers are the only good ones for air frying. And they can do other stuff pretty well. Toaster ovens are pretty good at being toaster ovens and truly awful at being an air fryer. Anytime I hear someone complaining about their "air fryer" it's one of the toaster oven ones. Putting a fan in it doesn't make it an air fryer. The main issue (which is absolutely critical imo) is that they never have room to cook things that are tall. Whole wings, chicken legs, skin in thighs, etc. will never work properly. Additionally they often have the burner on the bottom, which means there is a drip tray, which causes all kinds of inconveniences and makes it significantly harder to get stuff crispy. If you can find one where the burner is coupled directly with the fan (i hear they exist) then that'd be your best bet. That Ninja counter folding one is an amazing toaster oven. It is literally the worst air fryer. People who love it either use it as a toaster oven or have no idea what a real air fryer is like. My girlfriend's family raves about it, but it can't make whole wings... So instant fail imo.

We were gifted a Ninja 'Flip' air fryer/toaster oven combo several years ago and use it almost daily for toasting, air frying chicken and baking fresh salmon. We like the 'flip' feature as it sits on the counter in our very small kitchen. There is a FB group, as well.

No, the basket is aluminum, the grill surface is aluminum, and the plate is Teflon. You can't clean the damn thing either.

I have a ninja airfryer, toaster combo and I love that mfer. I haven't used my oven in over a year. It's just me and my roommate, so we don't need a massive meal, just enough space to roast/fry/bake a meal for two.

I have a Ninja flip, it bakes, air frys, broils, roasts, toasts, and dehydrates, plus when I'm done it flips up out of the way. We have used it in one way or another 5-6 times a week since I purchased.

I have the ninja air fryer that flips up. It has like 10 functions including baking and toasting and keep warm. I use it for 90% of my cooking, unless it's something too large to fit, that has to go in the regular oven. Microwave is good in its own way. Between the three appliances I can make just about whatever. I like heating some stuff up in the microwave until just warm, and then finishing it in the air fryer so it gets crispy, but doesn't take 20 years, like nuggets or pizza rolls

The ninja pizza oven size - tip up & use the same space as a toaster. Salmon & potatoes 400 degrees 20 min, at 13 min toss in asparagus. Air Fryer, roast, bake, toaster Has a basket & sheet pan, we love it so much!

I have the ninja flip, from what I've pieced together from mine would be turning the fan on/off (air frying vs baking), broiling (only turns top heating element on), and dehydrating (low temp and maybe fan for a long time). I think toasting might turn top and bottom heating elements on at the same as well, ultimately just leaving it on air fry would realistically do all of it but selecting those individually might be slightly more efficient

I've had the Ninja Flip for a little over 2 years. We use it almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. It's not a very large appliance, we are looking into getting a bigger one. On top of air frying I've made many pies, baked brownies and a cake.

We have a ninja too, it flips up so it must be the same. It's AMAZING. I just wish the top was easier to clean. Tbh it's such a hassle I really avoid it, which isn't good 😬 We use it ALL the time though! We don't use our oven at all.
