Been using it for over a year. We love it! It replaced the French door style air fryer and it does a great job. We use the Reynolds' parchment paper to help with clean up. Bought it during holiday sales $39.99. Wish I had bought two for future replacement.
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->I forgot what exactly I didn't like about it, but I returned it and ended up getting a Bella Pro series (9 qt) which I like a lot. I think I paid $60 for it at the time It's the one [here](https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sku/6461452.p?skuId=6461452&sb_share_source=PDP) One thing I like about it over the Gourmia is you can cook things on each side at different temperatures
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->This is our 3rd different air fryer and it's by far the best.

I bought one after checking out the toaster oven style at Costco. It's great, pretty basic, but easy to clean and use. I'm amazed at how quickly it can roast potatoes anything i put in it. I found mine for $40 and I'm very happy with it
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->We just got this one a few months ago as a replacement for a previous model. So far zero complaints, easy to clean.
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->If this is the one with the two doors it sucks
r/nontoxic • Non-toxic air fryer recommendations ->I bought this one for the same reason. Looking for nontoxic air fryer to replace our oven as my husband has not once remembered to turn off the oven in the time I've known him. Bought this over the ourplace one because it seemed bigger. The two door design is AWFUL! Both doors open at the same time and they swing out all the way to the sides, not just enough to get the tray out. Also the glass doors led to very uneven cooking because so much heat escapes. I hate this air fryer but it works so can't justify buying another. Not that u need to know all this but someone has to be the receptacle for my hate
r/nontoxic • Non-toxic air fryer recommendations ->It's great. Can put two things in at once one different levels.
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->Got one have literally saved thousands on takeout over the years. It's like a microwave that's really an oven - perfect for reheating leftovers and frozen food. I don't do much actual cooking in it though.
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->I bought one when it was on sale for $40 because I had a terrible little 1.5qt capacity one. It's been amazing for everything I've needed it for, mostly frozen foods and a few fresh items here and there.
r/Costco • Has anyone tried the Gourmia air fryer oven? ->It's absolutely fine for the price. I don't like the tray at the bottom. It's hard to clean and stays filthy no matter whether you soak or scrub it, but so far it's done the job.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →It's a great basic air fryer. Works great for all your air fryer needs. Get it when it goes on sale. We got ours for $35.99. Had it for a year now. Fits an entire chicken.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →This is our 3rd different air fryer and it's by far the best.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →It's amazing honestly I love it it has so many options, 2 racks, a light, half way turnover timer, tons of cooking options such as baking, roasting, broiling etc. it also doesn't have PUFAS/ PFAS or whatever all that stuff everyone is concerned about. The top rack also doubles as a cooling rack. It's a bit of a pain to clean but that's the same thing with most air fryers since they need ventilation holes in the surfaces to effectively circulate the hot air. The window is nice to be able to see your food. It's a pretty nice size, enough to put enough food for 2 adults and 2 kids. It also comes with a cool little laminated air frying guide that shows about 60 different foods and how long to cook them for, what temp etc. it's definately better than your typical chef man and lower end fryers priced at this range but if you're looking for something a bit nicer around $120 I recommend the ninja foodie.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →The only reason why I dont like it is as it gets dirty, you can see the grease on the little window and it's very hard to clean it off.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →we have it, great for a smaller form factor air fryer, great especially if it's on sale
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I like mine. It's my first air fryer so I don't really have any basis for comparison.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Own it. Love it. Buy it. You won't be disappointed and it'll change your life for the better
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I have this air fryer from a previous sale, and its the best air fryer I have ever used, and I have been through a few. The menu is nice, the touch for the touch screen isn't cheap and the space inside is great for its size. I use it a ton for roasting peppers along with daily for everything else. 10/10
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Air fryer technology is incredibly basic. It's a heating element and a fan. That's it. Most of what differentiates a good air fryer from a bad air fryer is whether the basket is big enough to cook what you want to cook--understanding that air frying doesn't work well if the air can't easily circulate around all sides of your food. Newbie mistake is to put a couple of pounds of fries into an air fryer (which is not a single layer) and then complain they don't come out right. The Gourmia is fine, and it's big enough for most of what the typical person would use it for. The digital control panel is fine, but all you care about is being able to set the target temperature and (possibly) a count down timer. So, again, you don't need it to be super complex. Once you have an air fryer, you will most likely wonder how you lived without an air fryer. It justifies limited counter space. (The alternative is a convection oven, which operates on a similar principle, but typically the design is such that the airflow around your food isn't as optimized for air frying).
r/Costco • View on Reddit →We bought one in November. They were on sale for $39.00 or $44.00 - can't remember. We use it for chicken wings, steaks, reheating/re-crisping leftovers. It's our first air fryer...don't know how we went so long without one. I'd recommend it.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I have a Gourmia I got at Costco for about a hundred bucks on sale. It's been doing a very good job for a couple of years now. I've found that if I place a spatter guard/screen over things that do spatter it prevents the spray from getting on the interior. It's important to clean away anything that does get on interior surfaces before using the oven again or it becomes permanent. I picked up a spatter guard for a frying pan from Walmart and cut the handle off so it would fit inside.
r/airfryer • View on Reddit →I like how it cooks I hate having to decode it each time to use it. So many settings I need to reprogram. My wife and I when setting it up always hit the off button and cancel all the setting we just set it to.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →They're ok, I had to end up returning my last one because it shit out after 6 months. I switched to the Ninja and it has been 10000x better and easier to clean.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I like it but it gets hotter than my Ninja so it took a little getting used to.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Might I suggest you put away other appliances? You don't need a toaster anymore if you have a toaster oven/airfry/broiler combo. A good kitchen aid toaster oven/airfry hybrid makes it just as fast and way more slices! Do you have a microwave on the counter?.. I put mine on top of my refrigerator, and use the toaster oven for almost everything instead. Could you put the toaster oven on a cart or moveable "island" ? I live in a small weekly rental (think a cross between a studio apartment, and a hotel room) I've lived in ones like it for 4 years and had to be very creative. here's two budget options that only take up 17.5 inches in width of counter space. r/Cooking • View on Reddit →I bought it and I'm probably in the minority but I can't stand it and had to stop using it. The button sounds are so effing loud. The fan that circulates the air is so ridiculous it sounds like an airplane is idling inside my house, and it literally changes the air pressure in my kitchen and hurts my ears (so technically, yeah it works great.)
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Totally. We're at the mercy of whoever is answering the email. Seems like they could change their mind every other day lol. I was also looking at a gourmia fryer, and the rep told me, ' Toaster Oven Fryers are BPA, PTFE, PFOA, PFAs and LEAD Free. The interior walls are anodized aluminum, The baking pan and crumb tray are aluminum. The fry basket and oven rack are stainless. There is no NON STICK coating in this unit.' So maybe that's one you could try. My husband found an old style Convection oven at his mom's house so imma try that first before I spend any additional money.
r/parrots • View on Reddit →On my second Gourmia (the one pictured). Had a previous smaller model I used daily for about 3 years when it just gave up the ghost. Pretty sure it was a thermal fuse, but for $40, I just bought another one. Use it almost daily for the frozen Kirkland signature lightly breaded chicken chunks.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Toaster oven/air fryer like the Gourmia. I don't even use my oven even more. I have baked bread, dehydrated fruit, and made yogurt in addition to using it to roast potato's and chickpeas. I have an instant pot too that I primarily use to make the chickpeas I then air fry.
r/vegan • View on Reddit →We bought this to replace that awful Sur La Table air fryer. We love it and it heats up so much quicker!
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I just picked up a Gourmia French door oven from Kohl's for $85. Technically it's an air fryer oven, but it toasts pretty good too. So far we made bagels, dehydrated some venison jerky, and reheated a steak.
r/Cooking • View on Reddit →Good toaster oven with an air fry setting, I use it every day compared to a microwave very rarely (and nothing I can't do without a microwave). I just got a new one, the Gourmia 24l 6-slice size and it's excellent and only $89. Stainless everywhere, Air fryer, French doors, nice racks (fryer and of course toaster rack) and roasting pan included. Can't speak to longevity yet but it's been very good. Built well, has a pretty serious fan (a lot of them have a dinky little fan) and really good heating elements.
r/Cooking • View on Reddit →I like the Gourmia front opening oven style with the racks. But that's just me. I don't care for the pot style as you can't see what you are cooking, it doesn't have good airflow, and it's harder to clean. Again, that's based on what I cook and how I like things done. Ninja is overpriced, and most units all use the same fan/heating element components. I do have a second air fryer that is a pot style I use outside when doing fish so the house doesn't stink up. I think I paid $20 for it new, but I see them at yard sales all the time for $5. They are the entry level ones with the dial on the front.
r/airfryer • View on Reddit →Love it. Best value I have gotten ever. Cannot go wrong at that price
r/Costco • View on Reddit →The basket style is better as a "pure" air fryer than the oven but it can be made to produce good results by adjusting the time and temp. The versatility of the french door Gourmia compensates for what it lacks in the air fryer mode. Lacking infinite counter space, I'm satisfied with the compromise.
r/airfryer • View on Reddit →I don't know. I don't have a toaster oven or a convection oven. The Gourmia will Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Dehydrate, Broil
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I did and had to return it. After six weeks, the nonstick coating had mostly peeled off off
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Bought one literally last week. Had one from fridgaire before which gave up within a year. Hoping this one last longer One thing I noticed this one is way quieter than the old one
r/Costco • View on Reddit →It's great and replaced one from Best Buy that got recalled. I too got it on sale for $39.99. eat to use, play big.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →I have a Ninja Foodi that has been my primary device for years, bought one of these to combo with it as I couldn't pass up the pricing, and I actually use it more often my Ninja now! Of course there are certain functions that only my Foodi is capable of, but when it comes to plain ol' air frying the Gourmia is great
r/Costco • View on Reddit →We just got this one a few months ago as a replacement for a previous model. So far zero complaints, easy to clean.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →Use it every day. They go on sale for $40 every few months.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →we use our "french door" gourmia wayyy more than our huge oven that runs 220v? I wanna say it is....and heats up the whole house. Our air fryer we keep out on our porch so it doesn't heat up the house crazy during the heat wave. we love it. Just gotta realize, an air fryer is merely a convection oven. an oven with a fan in the back/side LOL. These "induction ovens" used to be popular in the 70s and 80s dad was saying........they were just stupid heavy cause of the heavy fan in the back of the oven to circulate the oven heat. now the ovens fit on the counter top lol. we love ours, we've ditched our countertop toaster too....and it sits in the old spot of our old 4 slice toaster.
r/Parenting • View on Reddit →I cook thawed wing drums and blades. I dry them off with paper towels, as much as I can. I put them in a bowl and drizzle a little olive oil or avocado oil on them and toss so they all get a little on them. I lightly season with any or all of the following: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Seasoned Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper Powder. Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, Lemon Pepper, and/or some homemade fajita seasoning. I do not flour or cornstarch them. I put a parchment liner in the bottom of the pan, on top of the black grate. I turn on the air fryer and set it to 400 degrees, preheat on, and I do 10 thawed wing (usually 5 drums and 5 blades) pieces, for 14 minutes....flipping the wings at 7 minutes. When they are done, I usually splash on some Frank's red hot sauce. I don't like dripping wet wings so I use the hot sauce sparingly and a little goes a long way. Sometimes, at the 7 min halfway mark, I will apply a light coating of BBQ sauce...then flip them. When I do this I don't use the Frank's. Experiment with different spices and seasonings.
r/Costco • View on Reddit →yes! I feel the air fryer is a lot more "safe" than dealing with a "toaster" ........that literally only has 1 purpose...."to toast" lol.......my air fryer can bake, toast, make popcorn (the screened bottom flips upside down and the 🌽 lays on the solid metal "baking pan"? I think is what my Gourmia calls it. we love ours. I've even dehydrated various meats overnight in it too. so many "appliances" in 1
r/Parenting • View on Reddit →Not bad for the price. Works well. Only real downside is lack of removable basket, my old one had one and made things easier.
